چند نکته کليدي براي اجراي بهتر تکنيک هاي سوارکاري

تصور ذهني غلط يا ناقص از اصول پايه اي علم سوارکاري علت وجود بيشتر مشکلات تکنيکي در اين رشته مي باشد.

متاسفانه مطالبي را که گاها" به صورت تئوري در کتابهاي سواري کلاسيک مطالعه مي نماييم هيچ گاه راهي به تمرينات عملي پيدا نمي کند و تنها در حد يک نوشتار در ذهن نقش مي بندد بدون اينکه در ميدان عمل آنها را تجربه

نماييم.قابل توجه است که اين موضوع تنها منحصر به سطوح ابتدايي نمي باشد و در صورت عدم تصحيح مي توان در سطوح بالاي سوارکاري هم شاهد آن بود.

** توازن صحيح عامل بکارگيري عضلات پشت اسب مي باشد.

از ديگر مشکلات رايج مي توان به عدم قرارگيري صحيح قسمتهاي مختلف بدن سوارکار بر روي اسب و همچنين عدم توازن سوار اشاره نمود.

خط عمودي را فرض کنيد که از سر تا پايين پاشنه سوار وصل شده باشد، شانه ها مي بايستي مستقيما بالاي نشيمن يا مفصل لگني قرار گيرد، همينطور پاشنه ها کشيده به سمت پايين و در زيرنشست سوار، سر بدون ايجاد

هيچگونه سنگيني، مستقيم و در حالت طبيعي خود قرار مي گيرد.

بدون رعايت کامل اين خط عمود (شانه، نشست و پاشنه) و به دنبال آن ايجاد توازن و تعادل با اسب تقريبا مي توان گفت که درگيرکردن عضلات پشت اسب غير ممکن خواهد بود.

از اين مي توان شاهد اهميت (توازن) در سوارکاري بود که: اگر سوارکار تنها چند درجه از خط عمود فرضي به جلو متمايل گردد، عضلات کمر اسب از کار افتاده و از حالت فعال خود خارج مي شود.

در اين صورت اثر نشست سوار بي مصرف يا به عبارت ديگر بي تاثير خواهد بود. لذا بکارگيري عضلات کمر اسب اصلي ساختاري و پايه اي است.

مشکل ديگري که مستقيما" با توازن ارتباط دارد، زماني است که ساق سوار از خط عمود گذشته و به جلو متمايل مي شود.

اين گونه قرارگيري ساق هم باعث از کار افتادن کمر اسب شده و ناخواسته نشست اسب را از حالت انعطاف پذيري خارج و با هرگام ضربه اي از طرف نشست سوار به کمر اسب وارد مي گردد که خود سبب ايجاد انقباض عضلات

کمر خواهد شد.

از سوي ديگر اسب براي مقاومت در برابر ضربات ناشي از نشست سوار مجبور به ايجاد حالت انقباض و سفت کردن عضلات اين ناحيه است.

اين حالت عامل ايجاد تناقص درروند آموزشي و يادگيري اسب شده و به جاي اينکه شاهد ايجاد حالت نرمي و انعطاف در تمام بدن اسب باشيم دقيقا عکس اين قضيه را تجربه خواهيم نمود.

عدم انعطاف پذيري و قبول اثرات سوارکار نتيجه به وجود آمدن اين حالت است و همانطور که بيان شد در صورت عدم تصحيح مي تواند تا سطوح بالاتر هم ادامه يابد.

راهکارهاي آموزشي:

ايجاد حالت انعطاف پذيري و نرمش هر چه بيشتر در قسمت قفا (محل اتصال سر و گردن) داراي اهميت فوق العاده اي است يعني زماني که اسب به دهنه است نبايد هيچگونه حالت مقاومت در

اين ناحيه حس شود.

بنابراين زماني که قفا از هرگونه اتقباض آزاد گرديد، اسب مي تواند کمر خود را بالا کشيده و در حالت اصطلاحا" گردتري قرار گيرد.

در اين موقيعت عملا" شاهد بالا رفتن کيفيت تحرک و تعليق در گامها خواهيم بود.

در اين مرحله اسب قادر خواهد بود تا پاهاي عقب را بيشتر به زير کشيده و به مرکز ثقل خود نزديک کند و نتيجتا" وزن خود را بهتر قبول کرده و آن را راحت تر به سمت جلو حمل مي نمايد.

همانطور که قبلا اشاره گرديد در اين هنگام شاهد گامهايي موزون تر و تعليق و تحرکي بالاتر خواهيد بود، احساس تعادل را کاملا حس مي کنيد، اسب به دهنه است و قسمت خلفي يا موتور اسب

با انرژي بالا جهت يک سواري کاملا" لذت بخش در حال حرکت است.

دقيقا عکس اين قضيه نيز صادق است: زماني که عضلات کمر اسب به هر دليلي سفت و منقبض مي شود، سر اسب بالا آمده و ديگر به دهنه نمي ماند.

گامها از حالت روان خارج شده و حالت خشن تري به خود مي گيرد. پاهاي عقب گامهاي کوتاهتري را طي مي نمايند و به طور کلي شاهد بي نظمي بيشتري در طرز حرکت اسب خواهيم بود.

همچنين سوار نشستي سخت تر، نا موزون تر و بي تعادل تري را تجربه مي کند.

به کار گيري عضلات کمر اسب بطور کامل ارتباط مستقيم دارد با نشست و محل قرارگيري قسمتهاي مختلف بدن سوارکار.

** پنجه هاي رو به خارج باعث ايجاد اثرهاي نامشخص و نامفهوم براي اسب مي گردد.

تعداد زيادي از سوارکاران با پنجه هاي رو به خارج سواري مي کنند.

اين حالت قرارگيري پنجه ها بر نحوه قرارگيري ساق سوار بر پهلوهاي اسب تاثير خواهد گذاشت و باعث ايجاد فشاري دايم ، چه به صورت عمدي يا غير عمدي بر پهلوي اسب مي گردد .

از آنجايي که روش تعليم اسب از طريقي کاملا سياه و سفيد يا تشويق و تنبيه انجام مي پذيرد، وجود اين فشار ممتد باعث عدم درک واضح از طرف اسب خواهد شدو زماني که سوار براي اجراي يک اثر مجبور به ايجاد فشار توسط

ساق خود بر پهلوهاي اسب است احساس مي کند که اسب به اثر بي توجهي نشان ميدهد يا به عبارتي پاسخ اثر را نمي دهد.

** پاي داخل به دست جلوي خارج: تعدادي ديگر از سوارکاران را مي بينيم که به نظر مي آيد هيچگونه هماهنگي بين سوار و اسب قابل مشاهده نيست. معمول"ا دليل، آن است که اسب به دست جلوي خارج تکيه ندارد.

راهکارهاي آموزشي:

1- بر روي يک دايره بيست متري و با گام قدم شروع به حرکت نماييد. مطمئن شويد که اسب از کمر خود به خوبي استفاده مي نمايد. سپس تماسي ثابت با دست جلوي خارج برقرار کنيد.

پاي خارج خود را کمي به عقب آورده و توسط ساق داخل سعي کنيد بدن اسب را به سمت خارج از دايره برانيد.

2- قسمت قدامي اسب را به سمت مرکز دايره نزديکتر کنيد يا به عبارتي توسط دست جلوي داخل حالت خميدگي به سمت داخل را در ناحيه سروگردن ايجاد نماييد.

نکته: خط دايره بيست متري را دنبال کرده و سعي کنيد انداره اين دايره ثابت بماند و کاملا حالت مدور حفظ شود.

3- در صورتي که اسب به خوبي به دست جلوي خارج تکيه نمايد، هنگامي که تماس دست جلوي داخل را براي چند لحظه قطع نماييد، همچنان مشاهده مي کنيد که اسب حالت به دهنه و گرد خودرا حفظ مي نمايد.

با اميد به اينکه اين نکات پايه اي، مورد استفاده شما سوارکاران عزيز قرارگيرد و تصوير ذهني بهتري را ايجاد کند تا بتوانيد عملا" از اين تکنيکها استفاده کنيد و شاهد هماهنگي هرچه بيشتر و

بهتري بين خود واسبتان باشيد.
