زنبورها، کفش*دوزک*ها را به بردگی می*کشند!

محققان دانشگاه مونترال کانادا به تازگی متوجه رفتار عجیب برده*داری در بین گونه*ای از زنبورها شده*اند. به گزارش سرویس «علمی» خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران (ایسنا)، محققان کانادایی دریافته*اند، گونه*ای از زنبورها موسوم به «Dinocampus coccinellae» که در کبک کانادا زندگی می*کنند، کفش*دوزک*ها را به بردگی* گرفته و آنها را وادار می*کنند که لاروهای زنبورها را حمل کنند. این زنبورها تخم*های خود را بر روی بدن کفش*دوزک*ها می*گذارند، اما برده*های خود را نمی*کشند. این محققان می*گویند: نکته جالب توجه این است که کفش*دوزک*ها در اثر این انگل پس از مدتی نیمه فلج می*شوند، اما زنبورها بدون این که آسیبی به آنها بزنند، آزادشان می*کنند و کفش*دوزک*ها پس از رهایی می*توانند با تغذیه دوباره خود را ترمیم کنند، درست مثل این که هیچ اتفاقی برای آنها نیافتاده است. یک لارو بین پاهای کفش*دوزک قرار می*گیرد و وقتی بالغ شد از این حشره جدا می*شود. محققان هم اکنون در حال بررسی و درک طول مدت این چرخه، میزان موفقیت و رابطه میزبان ــ انگلی هستند. محققان در عین حال هنوز نمی دانند آیا کفش*دوزک*ها می*توانند از این کار سر باز بزنند یا نه و برای دانستن این مطلب در نظر دارند، شرایط آزمایشگاهی مشابه را ایجاد کرده و دقیق*تر روی این پدیده مطالعه کنند.
