مطالعه ميكروبيولوژيك وكلينيكال پاتووژيك تورم مفصل عفوني درگاو

هدف: بررسي تغييرات كلينيكال پاتولوژيك مايع مفصلي در تورم مفاصل باكتريايي گاو
طرح: بررسي مقطعي
حيوانات: 117 راس گاو مبتلا به آرتريت و 48 راس گاو سالم
روش: نمونه هاي مايع مفصلي 117 راس گاو مبتلا به آرتريت و 48 راس گاو سالم در كشتارگاه هاي اطراف تهران گرفته شدند. كشت مايع مفصلي براي جدا كردن باكتري ها‘ ميكوپلاسماها ومخمرها انجام شد. مشخصات ظاهري و آزمايش هاي چسبندگي و لخته موسين برروي مايع مفصلي دام هاي سالم ومبتلا انجام شد. تعداد گلبولهاي سفيد وميزان پروتئين تام‘ گلوكز‘ فسفاتاز قليايي (ALP) ‘ آسپارتات آمينو ترانسفراز (AST) و آلانين آمينو ترانسفراز (ALT) مايع مفصلي گاوهاي سالم و بيمار اندازه گيري شدند.
تجزيه و تحليل آماري: براي پي بردن به اختلاف آماري معني دار هر پارامتر در گروه هاي مختلف سالم و بيمار از آزمون آناليز واريانس (ANOVA) و چند دامنه اي دانكن استفاده شد.
نتايج: ازكشت مايع مفصلي 40 راس ا زگاوهاي مبتلا به آتريت‘ ميكروارگانيسم جداشد. (3/34درصد) ‘ عوامل ايجاد كننده آرتريت كه دركشت جدا شدند عبارت بودند از ميكوپلاسما(3/46 درصد) ‘ عوامل باكتريايي 7/32 درصد‘ عوامل مخمري 1/14 درصدو عوامل مشترك (حضور توام ميكوپلاسما و ساير باكتري ها در 9/6 درصد) در بيشتر موارد آلودگي ها ي مفاصل با عوامل باكتريايي وميكوپلاسمايي ‘ آزمايش لخته موسين و ويسكوزيته مايع مفصلي ضعيف و متوسط بود. درمقايسه با گروه شاهد تعداد گلبولهاي سفيد ‘ فعاليت آنزيم هاي ALT,ALP,AST وميزان پروتئين تام مايع مفصلي در عفونت هاي باكتريايي ‘ ميكوپلاسمايي ومخمري مفاصل مبتلا بطور معني داري افزايش (05/0>p) وميزان گلوكز مايع مفصلي بطور معني داري كاهش يافته بود. (05/0>p)
نتيجه گيري : 4/3 درصد گاوهاي مورد مطالعه مبتلا به آرتريت بودند . در 66 درصد موارد‘ هيچگونه باكتري اي از مايع مفصلي گاوهاي مبتلا جدا نشد كه نشان دهنده حضور ساير عوامل ايجاد كننده آرتريت مانند ويروس ها و واكنش هاي ايمونولوژيك مي باشد.
