درمان خوراكي و روشهاي تهيه جيره هاي دارويي براي ماهي هاي زينتي آكواريومي

مراحل تهيه جيره ژلاتيني براي ماهيان آكواريومي :

- 30 گرم ژلاتين بدون طعم را در 500 ميلي ليتر آب جوش حل ميكنيم.
- حدود 300 گرم از غذاي تجارتي ماهيان را با 150 ميلي ليتر آب ، كاملا مخلوط ميكنيم .غذا بايد حتي الامكان نرم و سوسپانسيون بشود.
- محلول ژلاتين را به داخل مخلوط خيس شده غذا ميريزيم .
- مواد را به خوبي با يكديگر مخلوط كرده و مقدار ديگري از غذاي ماهي را به آن اضافه ميكنيم . بهتر است تا حد امكان غذاي بيشتري به سوسپانسيون مايع اضافه شود.
وقتي سوسپانسون در دماي اتاق سرد شد ميتوانيم مقدار داروي مورد نياز را در آب حل كرده و انرا به مخلوط ژلاتين و غذا افزوده و خوب به هم بزنيم .
- ظرف پلاستيكي يا سيني بزرگي را با ورق آلمينيومي پوشانده و مخلوط غذا و ژلاتين را داخلش ريخته و به طور يكنواخت به ضخامت 1 سانتيمتر پخش ميكنيم.
- ظرف را 2 تا 4 ساعت در يخچال قرار ميدهيم تا مواد ما سفت شود و بعد ان را به صورت قالبهاي مورد استفاده بريده و در داخل كيسه بدون هوا گذاشته و فريز ميكنيم.
- در مواقع مورد لزوم محتويات را بصورت مربعي بريده و به ماهي ها ميخورانيم.
