ماهی کیلی باله بلند (Pterolebias peruensis)

اندازه ی این ماهی که بومی کشور پرو است تا ۹ سانتی متر می رسد.به این ماهی معمولا ماهی باله بلند پروئی می گویند.رنگ اصلی آن خاکستری متمایل به قهوه ای است که بر روی آن نوار های عمودی سبز رنگی وجود دارد که تا داخل باله های پشتی و مخرجی ادامه می یابد.باله ی پشتی این ماهی در قسمت عقبی بدن و در مجاورت باله ی دمی قرار دارد.برانشی ها و شکم آن زرد طلائی است.نر ها دارای باله های بلندتر و ماده ها دارای باله های کوتاه تر می باشند.باله ی دمی ماهی ماده گرد است.
تخم ریزی ماهی در کف آکواریوم و در داخل ماسه ها انجام می گیرد.نکته ی جالب این است که رشد و نمو تخم ها حدود سه ماه به طول می انجامد.
