شباهتها و تفاوتهای شترمرغ و سایر ماکیان

در طول قرون گذشته مصرف گوشت و تخم ماکیان به طور مستمر افزایشچشمگیری داشته است و هر روزه شاهد تبلیغات بیشتری در این خصوص می باشیم علاوه براینکه دانشمندان و کارشناسان همواره در صدد یافتن راه هائی هستند که آنها را به سمتتولید بیشتر و با کیفیت تر هدایت کند.
در این میان و در مقایسه با سایر ماکیاننظیر مرغ و بوقلمون، شترمرغها بعنوان حیوانات غیر بومی و نویافته مورد توجههستند.البته تولید شترمرغ مانند سایر گونه های ماکیان نامبرده در حال گسترش است ودرباره پرورش شترمرغ و افزایش تولید آن و همچنین از نظر مسائل مدیریتی و دامپروری،بیماری های مسری، عوامل زیستی و محیطی و تاثیرات آنها بر روی این پرنده اطلاعاتبیشتری در سالهای گذشته بدست آمده است.
طبق این اطلاعات بدست آمده باید گفتهمانند سایر ماکیان، شترمرغها نیز تحت تاثیر گروهی از عوامل پاتوژنیک می باشند امابه نظر می رسد این عوامل نسبت به سایر ماکیان و نیز بوقلمونها تاثیر کمتری رویشترمرغ داشته باشد.
گر چه تعداد گزارشات درباره بیماریهای مسری در شترمرغ رو بهافزایش است اما در هر صورت مقاومت شترمرغها نسبت به عوامل نامساعد محیطی و بیماریهابسیار بیشتر از سایر ماکیان می باشد.
بدترین نوع بیماریهای مشاهده شده درشترمرغها، آنفولانزا و نیوکاسل هستند که باعث بروز مرگ و میر بویژه در پرندگان جوانو نیز ایجاد موانع تجاری، بازرگانی، و بروز مشکلاتی در امر اقتصادی آن می گردند.
همچنین با افزایش بیماریهای ویروسی شترمرغها پرندگانی مستعد برای عفونتهاییمانند e.coli هستند که در این موارد نظریاتی درباره استفاده از واکسنها و نیز آنتیباکتریالها برای پیشگیری و درمان بیماریهای مسری در شترمرغها ارائه شده است. اماصرفنظر از موارد ذکر شده همیشه راه هائی وجود دارند که می توانند امنیت سرمایهگذاری را بالا ببرند که از این جمله می توان به همان بکار بردن داروهای درمانیاشاره کرد که می توانند تا حدودی باعث پیش گیری و درمان گردد.
درمورد بیماریهایمسری، واکسیناسیون می تواند ابزاری مورد استفاده برای پیش گیری از تلفات جدی و شدیدباشد و این در حالی است که تاکنون برای بسیاری از بیماریهای شترمرغ فرمول خاصی وجودنداشته و به همین علت از سایر فرآیندهای تولیدی برای سایر گونه ها برای واکسیناسیونیا درمان شترمرغ استفاده می کنند.
به طور کلی می توان گفت به دلیل مشابهت هایبسیار بین شترمرغ ها و سایر طیور، می توان تا حدودی از دانسته های مورد استفاده درمرغداریها و بوقلمون داریها استفاده نمود خصوصا اینکه این وجه تشابه در بخشهائیهمانند جوجه کشی و نگهداری جوجه ها بیشتر به چشم می خورد.
همچنین علاوه بربرنامه های بهداشتی، استفاده از تجربیات سایر ماکیان در مبحث تجارت، بویژه فرهنگسازی می تواند مورد توجه قرار گیرد زیرا روشهای بازاریابی و ایجاد بازار مصرف ورواج محصولات شترمرغ در جامعه تفاوت چندانی با طیور دیگر ندارند.
به هر حالهمانند سایر صنایع دامپروری، پرورش شترمرغ نیز به سرعت روبه گسترش است و اطلاعاتبدست آمده در جنبه های گوناگون این صنعت نیز روز به روز نسبت به گذشته بیشتر میگردد پس جدید بودن این صنعت و ترس از آینده نباید مانعی در سر راه سرمایه گذارانباشد و مطمئن باشید همانگونه که صنایع شناخته شده کنونی نیز روزگاری نا شناختهبودند، شترمرغ نیز با طی کردن این راه آینده بسیار خوبی را در انتظار خواهد داشت وشباهتهای زیاد بین این صنعت و سایر شاخه های پرورش طیور گواه این نکته می باشند.
