سم*چينى در بز

در بز نيز مثل ساير حيوانات اهلى سم به طور مرتب رشد مى کند، مگر اينکه حيوان به طور مرتب در روى زمين سفت پرورش داده شود.

سم چينى و مرتب کردن سم در بز مثل گوسفند اگر بز در محلى پرورش داده مى شود که زمين آن نسبتاً نرم است براى اينکه سم ها مرتب باشند لازم است هر دو ماه يک بار سم هاى حيوان تراشيده و منظم شوند.

اين عمل درمورد گله هاى بزرگ عملى نيست بدين جهت بعضى بزها لنگش دارند، در اين قبيل موارد بايد سعى کرد که در آخر آبستنى بزها سم هاى مرتبى داشته باشند.

علت بيشتر لنگش ها در بز سم است که اکثراً به علت عدم مراقبت صحيح از سم ايجاد مى شود.

در مواردى به علت نامناسب بودن شکل سم يا ضعيف بودن بغلق يا نرم بودن زمين سم بز به سرعت رشد کرده و سم را در مقابل عفونت مستعد مى کند.

رعايت سه فاکتور زير در مورد سم سبب سالم بودن آن مى شود:

۱. خشک نگه داشتن سم ها: در طبيعت بز در نقاط سخت و خشک مثل صخره ها زندگى مى کند. نگه داشتن حيوان به مدت طولانى در مناطق مرطوب و نرم احتمال مريض شدن سم را افزايش مى دهد.

در فصول مرطوب لازم است بزها در محل بسته يا روى کف سيمانى نگهدارى شوند. بستر مرطوب براى پاهاى حيوان مضر است. آغل بز بايد داراى بستر ضخيمى از کاه باشد.

۲. بز بايد در روى کف سخت مثل سيمان پرورش داده شود.

۳. سم هاى بز بايد به طور مرتب منظم شوند با توجه به اينکه بز اکثراً در شرايطى پرورش داده مى شود که سم هاى او را به طور طبيعى در روى زمين قرار نمى دهد منظم کردن سم ها هر دو ماه يک بار لازم است.

حمام دادن سم بزها با محلول ۴% فرمالين از عفونت سم جلوگيرى مى کند.
