توليد گوشت بز

بزغاله هاى نر و يا بزغاله هاى ماده اى که کيفيت خوبى جهت استفاده در توليدمثل ندارند اگر به مدت چند هفته پرورش داده شوند گوشت مطلوبى توليد مى کنند.

گوشت بزغاله هاى جوان ۴ تا ۶ هفتگى مثل گوشت مرغ تا چهار ماهگى شبيه گوشت گوساله و بيش از چهارماهگى شبيه گوشت بره است.

بزغاله هاى نرى که جهت توليد گوشت نگهدارى مى شوند جهت جلوگيرى از جفتگيرى هاى ناخواسته بايد در يک هفتگى اخته شوند.

امروزه تعداد زيادى بز جهت توليد گوشت در اقصى نقاط جهان پرورش داده مى شوند که اکثراً هم از نژادهاى اصلاح نشده اند.

بزغاله هاى نژادهاى اصلاح شده اگر به خوبى پرورش داده شوند گوشت زيادى توليد مى کنند. نژاد سانن انگليسى اگر به خوبى پرورش داده شود مى تواند روزانه تا ۲۲۰ گرم افزايش وزن داشته باشد.
