موارد مصرف*: پيريدوستيگمين* در درمان*بيماري* مياستني* گراو به*كار برده* مي*شود.

مكانيسم* اثر: اين* دارو از هيدروليز شدن*استيل* كولين* به*وسيله* استيل* كولين* استرازجلوگيري* مي*كند و در نتيجه* انتقال*تكانه*هاي* عصبي* از محل* اتصال* عصب* ـعضله* را تسهيل* مي*نمايد.

فارماكوكينتيك*: جذب* اين* دارو از مجراي*گوارش* اندك* است*. در كبد و پلاسمامتابوليزه* مي*شود و از راه* كليه* دفع*مي*گردد.

هشدارها:
1 ـ در صورت* وجود انسدادمكانيكي* روده* يا مجاري* ادرار و نيز عفونت*مجراي* ادرار، بااحتياط فراوان* تجويزشود.
2 ـ به*دليل* ايجاد مشكلات* تنفسي* ازمصرف* اين* دارو پس* از اعمال* جراحي*خودداري* شود.

عوارض* جانبي*: از عوارض* شايع* اين* دارومي*توان* اسهال*، تهوع* يا استفراغ*، كرامپ* يا درد معده*، افزايش* غيرعادي* تعريق* و افزايش* غيرعادي* ترشح* بزاق* را نام* برد.

تداخل*هاي* داروئي*: آمينوگليكوزيدها،داروهاي* بيهوش*كننده* استنشاقي*هيدروكربنه* و بيحس*كننده*هاي* موضعي*ممكن* است* مانع* اثر اين* دارو گردند. اين*دارو مي*تواند متابوليسم* بيحس*كننده*هاي*موضعي* استري* را كاهش* دهد.
نكات* قابل* توصيه*: مصرف* دارو باغذا ياشير احتمال* بروز عوارض* جانبي* را كاهش*مي*دهد.

مقدار مصرف*:
بزرگسالان*: به*عنوان* ضدمياستني*، براي*شروع* 120ـ30 ميلي*گرم* هر 4ـ3 ساعت*مصرف* مي*شود. به*عنوان* مقدار نگهدارنده*g/day 1/5ـ0/06 (به*طور متوسط 0/6g/day)مصرف* مي*شود.
كودكان*: مقدار mg/kg/day 7 در پنج* يا شش*مقدار منقسم* مصرف* مي*شود.

Tablet: 10 mg, 60 mg
