موارد مصرف*: تري*هگزي*فنديل* در درمان*بيماري* پاركينسون* و كاهش* عوارض*خارج* هرمي* ناشي* از داروها (به*جزديسكنزي* ديررس*) تجويز مي*شود

مكانيسم* اثر: اين* داروها با مهار گيرنده*هاي*موسكاريني* در مغز موجب* مي*شود كه*تعادل* بين* فعاليت* سيستم* كولينرژيك* ودوپامينرژيك* برقرار شود.

فارماكوكينتيك*: از راه* خوراكي* بخوبي*جذب* مي*شود. طول* اثر دارو 6-12 ساعت*است*.

موارد منع* مصرف*: در موارد احتباس*ادراري* درمان* نشده*، گلوكوم* با زاويه*بسته* يا انسداد دستگاه* گوارش* نبايدمصرف* شود.

هشدارها:
1 ـ در موارد بيماري* قلبي* ـعروقي* يا نارسايي* كبدي* يا كليوي* بااحتياط تجويز شود.
2 ـ اين* دارو ممكن* است* بر اعمالي* كه* نيازبه* مهارت* دارند مثل* رانندگي* تأثير بگذارد.

عوارض* جانبي*: خشكي* دهان*، اختلال*گوارشي*، گيجي*، تاري* ديد، احتباس* ادرار،افزايش* ضربان* قلب*، افزايش* حساسيت*عصبي* شدن*، توهم*، تحريك* و اختلالات*رواني* از عوارض* جانبي* اين* دارو هستند.

تداخل*هاي* داروئي*: مصرف* توأم* اين* داروبا داروهاي* ديسوپيراميد، ضدافسردگي*سه* حلقه*اي* و مهاركننده* آنزيم*مونوآمينواكسيداز، آنتي*هيستامين*،فنوتيازين* ها، آمانتادين* و داروهاي*آنتي*كولينرژيك* باعث* افزايش* اثرآنتي*موسكاريني* مي*شود. اين* دارو جذب*كتوكونازول* و غلظت* پلاسمايي*فنوتيازين*ها را كاهش* مي*دهد و با اثرسيساپرايد بر دستگاه* گوارش* مقابله*مي*كند. اين* دارو با ايجاد خشكي* دهان*، درحل* شدن* نيترات*هاي* زير زباني* اختلال*ايجاد كرده* و اثر آنها را كاهش* مي*دهد.

نكات* قابل* توصيه*: در صورت* بروز خشكي*دهان* يا عوارض* گوارشي* بهتر است* قبل* ازغذا مصرف* شود.

مقدار مصرف*: مقدار mg/day 1 كه* بتدريج*مي*توان* آنرا افزايش* داد، مصرف* مي*شود.مقدار مصرف* نگهدارنده* معمولا5-15mg/day در 3-4 مقدار منقسم* است*.

Tablet: 2 mg, 5 mg
