پرورش 20 كروكوديل در جزيره هنگام

تعداد 20 كروكوديل به منظور پرورش وارد جزيره هنگام شهرستان قشم شد.
به گزارش ايسنا، كروكوديل ها كه از گونه كروكوديلوس پروزوس و از بهترين نوع پرورشي است شامل شش كروكوديل 12 تا 15ساله، دو كروكوديل 6 تا 7 ساله و چند كروكوديل يكساله است. ويژگي اين كروكوديل ها نسبت به گونه بومي، سازگار بودن آنها با آب شور، نيمه شور و شيرين، رشد سريع تر و كيفيت و ارزش بيشتر پوست آن است. اين كروكوديل ها از كشور تايلند وارد شده است. پس از تحقيقات و نتيجه موفقيت آميز پرورش، 15 كروكوديل در تابستان امسال وارد جزيره هنگام شدند. صاحب نخستين مزرعه پرورش كروكوديل كشور در جزيره هنگام گفت: براي خريد و حمل اين كروكوديل ها 110 ميليون تومان هزينه شد. بهروز سالاروند افزود: اسفند امسال هشت كروكوديل براي تخم گذاري آماده مي شود. اين كروكوديل ها در سن 12 تا 15 سالگي مي تواند تخم گذاري كنند. هر كروكوديل 40 تا 60 تخم مرغ مي گذارد كه در دستگاه تبديل به نوزاد مي شود. پرورش دهنده كروكوديل هاي جزيره هنگام مهمترين مشكل پرورش اين جانور را كمبود امكانات دامپزشكي و تخصصي بيان كرد و افزود: براي رسيدگي هاي دامپزشكي بايد از دامپزشكان قشم استفاده شود و در موارد حاد با دامپزشكان تايلند، مالزي و ايتاليا مشورت مي شود. وي گفت: از 15 كروكوديل كه تابستان امسال در مزرعه پرورش يافتند، هشت كروكوديل كشته و پوست آنها براي صادرات آماده شده است. پوست كروكوديل باارزش ترين قسمت آن است كه 70 درصد قيمت كروكوديل را تعيين مي كند. از خون كروكوديل به علت وجود آنتي بيوتيك در داروسازي استفاده مي شود. آب و هواي گرم و مرطوب جزيره هنگام شرايط مناسبي را براي پرورش كروكوديل در اين جزيره ايجاد كرده است. اكنون مزرعه پرورش كروكوديل به يكي از جاذبه هاي گردشگري جزيره هنگام تبديل شده است. اين مزرعه دو هكتاري با اعتبار اوليه پنج ميليارد ريال با سرمايه گذاري بخش خصوصي ايجاد شده و ماهانه حدود يك ميليون تومان هزينه دارد. جزيره هنگام از توابع شهرستان قشم 50 كيلومتر مربع مساحت دارد و در 60 كيلومتري قشم واقع است. سواحل زيبا و ديدني و دلفين هاي باهوش از جاذبه هاي گردشگري جزيره هنگام است
