فرایند عضویت در بانک خون بند ناف

مرحله اول : انجام آزمایشات مادر در ماه نهم بارداری
به منظور اطمینان از سلامت مادر بر اساس استاندارد NETCORD آزمایشات زیر باید قبل از عقد قرارداد انجام شود
RPR / HBS Ab / HBS Ag / HBC Ab / HCV Ab / HIV(I/II) / CMV IgM / IgG

مرحله دوم : واریز وجه بعد از تایید آزمایشات توسط پذیرش
بعد از رویت جواب آزمایش و تایید آن توسط پذیرش، هزینه جمع آوری و فریز نمونه به یکی از شماره حساب های زیر واریز می شود:
شماره حساب جام بانک ملت :84/ 12253549
شماره حساب بانک پارسیان (خیابان بنی هاشم) : 0201367016003

مرحله سوم : عقد قرارداد و دریافت کیت خونگیری
مدارک مورد نیاز جهت عقد قرارداد عبارتند از:
اصل فیش پرداخت هزینه و دو کپی از آن
کپی شناسنامه زوجین صفحات اول و دوم / نتایج آزمایشات مادر
بعد از عقد قرارداد که توسط پدر انجام می شود کیت خونگیری تحویل داده شده و توضیحات لازم توسط پذیرش در خصوص نحوه هماهنگی با کارشناس خونگیری و آماده سازی کیت ارائه می شود .

مرحله چهارم : جمع آوری نمونه
فرایند جمع آوری خون بند ناف بصورت کاملا استریل، بدون درد و بدون تداخل در روند زایمان مادر صورت می گیرد. خونگیری می تواند بصورت داخل و یا خارج رحمی صورت گیرد. در هر دو صورت هیچگونه آسیبی به مادر یا نوزاد وارد نمی شود. حجم خون جمع آوری شده می تواند بین 60 تا 200 سی سی باشد. کل این فرایند کمتر از 5 دقیقه بطول می انجامد.

مرحله پنجم : تحویل نمونه جمع آوری شده به بانک خون
پس از جمع آوری خون بند ناف، کیسه خون طبق دستورالعمل ارائه شده درون فلاسک قرار گرفته و حداکثر طی 24 ساعت و با حفظ دمای حدود 8-4 درجه سانتی گراد به بانک خون بند ناف منتقل می شود.

مرحله ششم : پردازش سلولی و فریز نمونه
نمونه دریافت شده ابتدا از نظر حجم و تعداد سلول مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، اگر حجم آن حداقل 50 سی سی و تعداد سلول آن حداقل 250 میلیون باشد وارد آزمایشگاه پردازش سلولی می شود در غیر این صورت با اطلاع به خانواده قرارداد فسخ شده و طبق قرارداد هزینه عودت می گردد. بر روی نمونه هایی که حداقل شرایط استاندارد را دارند بررسی آزمایشات میکروبی و ویروسی ، HLA و سنجش کلنی و فلوسیتومتری انجام شده و نهایتا در شرایط دمایی 196 - درجه سانتی گراد در تانکهای مخصوص فریز و برای مدت طولانی نگهداری می شود.

مرحله هفتم : صدور کارت فریز
مطابق استاندارد NETCORD مادر6 ماه بعد از زایمان باید آزمایشات ماه نهم را تکرار نماید. بنابراین صدور کارت فریز منوط به دریافت خواب آزمایشات مادر 6 ماه بعد از زایمان می باشد که پس از طی این مرحله نمونه از تانک قرنطینه به تانک دائمی منتقل می شود.
