● ایران شبیه سازی می كند
دانشمندان عزیز كشورمان كه تصمیم گرفته اند در هیچ زمینه علمی از دانش روز دنیا عقب نمانند، موفق شدند چندی پیش نخستین گوسفند شبیه سازی شده خاورمیانه به نام حنا را زنده به دنیا بیاورند. این اقدام گام بلندی در عرصه تحقیقات تكنولوژیك برای دانشمندان ماست. این گوسفند در پایگاه تحقیقاتی رویان اصفهان متولد شد ، ولی متأسفانه علیرغم تلاشهای فراوان دامپزشكی به دلیل عوارض زایمانی و مشكلات تنفسی نتوانست بیش از چند دقیقه زنده بماند.
مرگ این گوسفند مسأله قابل انتظاری است كه سایر مراكز تحقیقاتی دنیا نیز با آن مواجه می شوند ، ولی تولد زنده این گوسفند نقطه عطف علمی مهمی برای كشورمان بود و پایه گذار تلاشهای بیشتر برای تولید حیوانات شبیه سازی شد. نخستین پستاندار شبیه سازی شده ایران و خاورمیانه از طریق انتقال هسته یك سلول بالغ از غضروف گوشیك گوسفند به درون تخمك بدون هسته یك گوسفند دیگر و تكامل آن به دست آمد. با این حساب، ایران به جمع ۸ كشوری ملحق شد كه دارای توانایی شبیه سازی گوسفند هستند.به دنیا آمدن این گوسفند ثمره تلاش چندین ماهه محققان مركز رویان است.
اقدامات اولیه انتقال جنین های شبیه سازی شده گوسفند چندین سال گذشته آغاز شد. لازم به ذكر است كه در به ثمر رسیدن این طرح مرحوم دكتر سعید كاظمی آشتیانی زحمات فراوانی را متحمل شد. وی كه به ناگهان در دیماه سال ۸۴ درگذشت، دستیابی به فناوری همانندسازی حیوانات به ویژه در زمینه تكثیر حیوانات تراریخته با صفات ویژه را دارای اهمیت خاصی میدانست. به عقیده وی، این تكنیك در زمینه پزشكی كاربردهای زیادی دارد كه از جمله میتوان به استفاده از حیوانهای شبیه سازی شده برای تولید آنتی بادیهای انسانی قابل استفاده علیه بیماریهای مسری اشاره كرد.
پس از موفقیت اولیه در به دنیا آوردن گوسفند شبیه سازی شده، دانشمندان ما تلاشهای زیادی برای به دنیا آوردن گوسفندی كه قادر به زنده ماندن طولانی مدت باشد، انجام دادند. حاصل این زحمات، به دنیا آمدن دومین گوسفند شبیه سازی شده ایرانی به نام رویانا در پایگاه تحقیقاتی پژوهشكده رویان بود كه این مرتبه زنده ماند. البته دانشمندان ایرانی اظهار داشته اند كه راضی نشده و قصد دارند حیوانات دیگری نظیر گاو را نیز همانندسازی كنند که تولید چندین نمونه گوساله مختلف ثمره ی این تلاش است که بعداً مفصلاً درباره ی این گوساله ها صحبت می کنم .علاوه بر این، پژوهشكده رویان اعلام آمادگی كرده كه نمونه های لازم را جهت بررسیهای بیشتر در اختیار سایر مراكز تحقیقاتی داخل و خارج از كشور قرار دهد.
در شبیه سازی گوسفند دو مبحث وجود دارد؛یكی به دست آوردن تكنولوژی شبیه سازی كه دانشمندان ما از نظر علمی آن را كاملا در اختیار دارند و دیگری بارور شدن گوسفند و به دنیا آوردن گوسفند شبیه سازی شده كه اكنون دانشمندان ایرانی براساس قوانین علمی روز دنیا این كار را انجام می دهند
