موفقيت در توليد آزمايشگاهي اسپرم موش

تيمي از محققان موفق به دستيابي به پيشرفت بزرگي شده*اند كه مي*تواند در آينده نزديك منجر به پرورش اسپرم انساني در آزمايشگاه شود.
http://www.farmnews.ir/fa/plugins/content/imagesresizecache/b70da7a4061b76127abb2dd647648bbd.jpeg (http://www.farmnews.ir/fa/images/stories/center/exper.jpg) به گزارش سرويس فناوري خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)،* محققان توانسته*اند با استفاده از چند سلول در آزمايشگاه به پرورش اسپرم موش بپردازند كه مي*تواند راه اميدي براي مردان نابارور باشد. اين آزمايش كه براي اولين بار در جهان انجام شده، با استفاده از سلولهاي زايا انجام شده كه مسؤوليت توليد اسپرم را در اندام تناسلي بر عهده دارند. اين دانشمندان، سلولهاي زايا را درون ماده*اي موسوم به ژل آگار قرار داده و محيط مشابه درون اندام را براي توليد اسپرم بازسازي كردند. نتايج اين تحقيق كه به عقيده برخي دانشمندان مي*تواند درمان ناباروري را با انقلابي روبرو كند، در مجله نيچر منتشر شده است. اكنون محققان قصد دارند آزمايش*هاي مربوطه را بر روي انسان آغاز كنند تا بتوانند اسپرم انساني را در خارج از بدن توليد كنند.
