8 توصیه برای مراقبت از دام ها در هوای سرد

رییس اداره مبارزه با بیماری های دامی اداره کل دامپزشکی خراسان شمالی گفت : در پی افزایش برودت هوا در خراسان شمالی ممکن است دامداران در پرورش دامهای جوان ،لاغر ، پیر و دامهای دارای تغذیه ضعیف با مشکلاتی مواجه شوند.

دکتر قاسمی فرد افزود : این مشکلات به دلیل افت دما بروز می کند و در بدن دامهای جوان معمولاً در فصول سرد سال افت دماد مشاهده می شود.
وی ادامه داد : زمانی این افت دما مشکل ساز است که دمای محیطی نزدیک یا کمتر از حداقل دمای حیاتی دامها (5/ 15 درجه سانتی گراد) باشد و در کمتر از این دما چنانچه شرایطی محیطی نیز نامناسب باشد ( سرمای زیاد- باد- یخ و برف- طوفان) می تواند منجر به کاهش درجه حرارت بدن باعلائمی از قبیل یخ زدگی انتهای گوشها و سرپستانکها ؛ بی حالی و خمودگی و کاهش سرعت تنفس نهایتا تلفات در دامها گردد.
قاسمی فرد گفت : جهت جلوگیری از مخاطرات احتمالی و سرمازدگی دام وخسارات ناشی از آن ، دامداران محترم نکات ذیل رعایت نمایند :
1- خشک کردن گوساله ها و بره ها بلا فاصله پس از تولد در هوای سرد
2- خوراندن آغوز(ماک) گرم بلا فاصله پس از تولد به بره ها و گوساله ها
3- خوراندن شیر گرم به بره ها و گوساله ها به میزان (12 تا 15% )وزن بدن آنها
4- پوشاندن و گرم نگه داشتن دام به شکل مناسب
5- تهیه بستری خشک با ضخامت بیشتر برای گوساله ها و بره ها و دور نگه داشتن آنها از کوران هوا
6- فراهم کردن پروتئین ، ویتامین ها ، مواد معدنی و بویژه انرژی اضافی ( مواد خشبی ) در تغذیه دام ها
8- معمولا دامهای تازه متولد شده که دمای بدنشان کاهش پیدا نموده قادر به مکیدن شیر نیستند و شیر را بطور معمول نمی خورند. چنین گوساله هایی مستعد بیماریهای تنفسی وکم آبی بدن هستند.و در این مواقع باید نسبت به شیر دادن دستی آن اقدام گردد.
