جگر.مفید یا مضر؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

کبد(liver) یا جگر که بزرگترین غده ی بدن است وظایف مختلفی را بر عهده دارد.که مهترین این وظایف پاک کردن بدن از سموم و مواد مضر و ذخیره ی این وراد درون خود و کیسه صفرا است.
بنابر این ما با مصرف جگر سموم موجود در بدن حیوان از جمله باقی مانده ی دارو ها و مواد زائد دیگر را وارد بدن خود میکنیم.
و در ایران هیچ دامی را نداریم که دارو مصرف نکرده باشد.
همچنین ریه یا همان جگر سفید محل اصلی رشد انگل ها در حیوان میباشد که با خوردن ان هم مخصوصا به طور به قول معروف آب دار میتواند این انگل هارا وارد بدن ما کند.
پس تصمیم با خودمان است.
