مدیرکل دامپزشکی یزد : یک کشتارگاه صنعتی طیور را به دلیل عدم رعایت کامل بهداشت تعطیل ک

در پی بازدید بازرسان اداره کل دامپزشکی استان یزد از یکی از کشتارگاه های صنعتی طیور این استان، بدلیل نداشتن استانداردهای بهداشتی لازم، این کشتارگاه تعطیل شد. مدیرکل دامپزشکی استان یزد با اعلام این مطلب گفت: با توجه به اهمیت رعایت اصول بهداشتی در استحصال مرغ در کشتارگاه ها، از سال گذشته کشتارگاه های دام و طیور استان تحت نظر بازرسان ویژه دامپزشکی قرار گرفتند و رفع مشکلات فنی، بهداشتی و مدیریتی آن ها در دستورکار جدی این اداره کل قرار گرفت.
دکتر حدادزاده با بیان این مطلب که شیوه غیر اصولی کشتار سلامتی شهروندان و مصرف کنندگان را به مخاطره می اندازد گفت: با توجه به گزارش بازرسان ویژه اداره کل و عدم رعایت اصول بهداشتی، این کشتارگاه تعطیل و تا زمان اخذ استانداردهای لازم، از کشتار مرغ در این کشتارگاه ممانعت بعمل خواهد آمد.
وی در پایان افزود: طرح ساماندهی و اصلاح ساختاری کشتارگاه های طیور استان به منظور ارتقاء کیفی تولید و بهداشت عمومی جامعه در کشتارگاه های طیور استان در حال انجام است.
