تهیه زهر مار جعفری در منطقه حفاظت شده شاسکوه برای اولین بار در کشور

مدیرکل حفاظت محیط زیست خراسان جنوبی گفت: برای اولین بار در ایران، زهر مار جعفری توسط موسسه سرم سازی رازی و اداره کل حفاظت محیط زیست خراسان جنوبی در پاسگاه محیط بانی "شیخ علی" واقع در منطقه حفاظت شده شاسکوه گرفته شد. حمید صالحی در جمع خبرنگاران، گفت: در سالهای گذشته مارها از نقاط مختلف کشور جمع*آوری شده و به مرکز موسسه رازی در کرج برای انجام عملیات زهرگیری منتقل می*شدند و پس از مرحله زهرگیری به محیط برگردانده شده که امکان تلف شدن آنها وجود داشت.
وی افزود: در این طرح عملیات زهرگیری مارها در همان منطقه*ای که صید می*شوند، انجام شده و سپس در زیستگاه خود رها می*شوند.
مدیرکل حفاظت محیط زیست خراسان جنوبی ادامه داد: این طرح برای اولین بار در ایران و شاید در خاورمیانه باشد که در منطقه حفاظت شده شاسکوه و پاسگاه محیط بانی "شیخ علی" که یکی از زیستگاههای مار جعفری است، اجرا شد.
صالحی این طرح را از چند جنبه حائز اهمیت دانست و گفت: با اجرای این طرح ثابت می*شود که حفاظت از تنوع زیستی و حیوانات مهم است، به این دلیل که زهر مار تهیه و بعد به واکسن تبدیل شده و جان هزاران نفر را نجات می*دهد.
وی اظهار کرد: در این طرح مار از محیط زیست اصلی خویش گرفته شده و پس از زهرگیری به همان منطقه برگردانده می*شود که هیچ گونه بهم خوردگی از نظر تنوع زیستی مار ایجاد نخواهد شد.
مدیرکل حفاظت محیط زیست خراسان جنوبی تصریح کرد: در راستای اجرای این طرح یک شغل پایدار و مناسب برای افرادی که در حاشیه منطقه حفاظت شده شاسکوه هستند، ایجاد می*شود.

صالحی افزود: از مردم تقاضا داریم که به حفاظت از تنوع زیستی با این انگیزه بنگرند که تنوع زیستی از سرمایه*های اصلی کشور است، لذا تنوع زیستی یکی از سرمایه*های اصلی کشور است که مورد حفاظت و بهره*برداری پایدار قرار گیرد.
مبارکی، کارشناس مسوول بخش خزندگان و دوزیستان دفتر تنوع زیستی و حیات وحش سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست کشور نیز گفت: هدف از اجرای این طرح حفاظت از گونه*های مار سمی از طریق برداشت و بهره*برداری پایدار بوده است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: امیدواریم این طرح به صورت دنباله دار و پایدار در تمام مناطق کشور و همه گونه*های جانوری انجام گیرد.
در پایان مارهای صید شده توسط صیادان و محیط زیست و موسسه سرم سازی در محل صید این جانور رها شدند.
