چکیده:

در اين مطالعه ابتدا 200 نمونه از انگلهاي فاسيولاهپاتيكا و فاسيولاژيگانتيكا از كبد آلوده گوسفندان جدا گرديد. پس از شستشو وتهيه سوسپانسيون سلولي،از سلولهاي جنسي آنها با روش Air-dry گسترش كروموزومي تهيه شد ، پس از رنگ آميزي با گميسا،كروموزومهاي دوگونه انگل از لحاظ كاريوتيپي مورد مطالعه و مقايسه قرار گرفت. طبق نتايج به دست آمده اسپرماتوسيتها به صورت روزت هشت تايي و اواوسيت ها به صورت انفرادي مشاهده شدند اسپرمها نيز به صورت واضح و مشخص بودند. تعداد كروموزوم ها در مرحله متافاز در اسپرماتوسيت ها و اواوسيت ها در حالت ديپلوئيد (20=n2) قابل رؤيت بودند. در مجموعه كروموزوم هاي انگل ، يك جفت كروموزوم بزرگ،سه جفت كروموزوم متوسط و 6 جفت كروموزوم كوچك ديده ميشد. هيچ اختلاف معني داري بين كروموزوم هاي دوگونه انگل از لحاظ شكل،اندازه و خصوصيات كاريوتيپي و همچنين اسپرماتوسيت ها و اواوسيت هاي آنها مشاهده نشد. چکیده (انگلیسی):

In the present work, 200 Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica were collected from sheep livers. After washing and preparing cell suspention from their genital organs, kayotyping study was carried out using air-drying and squashing methods. The results indicate, eight primary spermatocytes in rossette form of 20 diploid chromosomes as well as individual primary oocyte. The twenty chromosomes consist of one pair of large, three pairs of medium and six pairs of small size. No significant differences between spermatogonial and oogonial as well as length and shape of chromosomes of two species of Fasciola were observed.
