۳بیمار مشکوک به تب کریمه کنگو در قرنطینه هستند



خبرگزاری فارس: رئیس اداره بیماریهای قابل انتقال بین انسان و حیوان گفت: ۵ مورد بیمار قطعی مبتلا به تب کریمه کنگو در کشور شناسایی شدند که ۲ نفرشان فوت و ۳ نفر دیگر درمان شدند،۳ نفر دیگر نیز مشکوک به این بیماری و در قرنطینه هستند.

محمدرضا شیرزادی در گفت و گو با خبرنگار بهداشت و درمان فارس، افزود: تاکنون 5 مورد قطعی ابتلا به بیماری تب کریمه کنگو در استان خراسان رضوی شناسایی شدند که متأسفانه دو نفرشان فوت کردند، از این دو نفر یک دانشجوی پزشکی و دیگر کارگر دامداری بود.
وی گفت: 3 نفر مبتلای دیگر که شامل دو پرستار بودند در بیمارستان درمان کامل و مرخص شدند.
وی ادامه داد: 3 نفر دیگر هستند که اطلاعات شخصی آنها را ندارم اما علایم بیماری را دارند و مشکوک هستند و منتظر جواب آزمایش آنها هستیم، این بیماران هم اکنون در قرنطیه هستند و تا زمان تأیید یا رد بیماری تحت مراقبت هستند.
رئیس اداره مبارزه با بیماریهای مشترک بین انسان و حیوان وزارت بهداشت افزود: مهمترین اقدام وزارت بهداشت که با همکاری سازمان دامپزشکی و وزارت جهاد کشاورزی برای کنترل بیماری کشنده تب کریمه کنگو انجام می*شود، آموزش به مردم،دامداران و پرسنل بهداشتی و درمانی است.
وی گفت: *مردم باید بدانند که کشتار دام بدون نظارت دامپزشک از 50 سال پیش ممنوع شده و نباید این کار را انجام دهند و قبل ذبح هر نوع دام باید مسئولان دامپزشکی سلامت حیوان را تأیید کنند و با توجه به اینکه در تمام شهرهای کشور کشتارگاههای تحت نظارت دامپزشکی وجود دارد نباید کشتار خارج از مراکز تأیید شده انجام شود.
شیرزادی افزود: هر جا که دامی بدون نظارت دامپزشکی ذبح شود احتمال انتقال این بیماری وجود دارد و مردم خودشان باید این نکته مهم بهداشتی را رعایت کنند زیرا دولت نمی*تواند برای هر دام یک مأمور بگذارد.
وی گفت: سال 1389 تعداد 114 مورد ابتلای انسان به تب کریمه کنگو در کشور تأیید شد که از این تعداد 14 نفر فوت کردند و در سال 1390 نیز 79 نفر فرد مبتلا به این بیماری در کشور شناسایی شدند که از این تعداد 14 نفر فوت کردند.
