کمبود ویتامین a

گیاهان دارای کاروتن هستند که در اپی تلیوم روده تبدیل شده (تمام حیوانات A کوچک می توانند به ویتامین هستند ، بجز A قادر به تبدیل کاروتن به ویتامین گربه) و در کبد ذخیره آردد . گیاهان مرتعی، سیلوها و علوفه دارای میزان زیادی کاروتن هستند ولی د انه - های غلات (غیر از ذرت) از لحاظ کاروتن فقیر هستند. بصورت اولیه یا ثانویه اتفاق A کمبود وینامین میافتد.

A در فرم اولیه ، جیره از لحاظ کاروتن و ویتامین کمبود دارد. و یا A در فرم ثانویه اختلال در جذب ویتامین اتفاق میافتد. A اختلال در تبدیل کاروتن به ویتامین A شرایطی که موجب افزایش نیاز حیوان به ویتامین و در نتیجه منجر به کمبود آن در دام می شوند،
عبارتند از:
-۱ گرم بودن هوا
-۲ بروز تب
-۳خوراندن روغنهای مایع بصورت طولانی
-۴کمبود فسفر در حیوان (اختلال در تبدیل کاروتن به ویتامین A )

۵-بیماریهای رودهای مزمن (یون اسها ل- های مزمن)
-۶ بیماریهای کبدی که باعث تخلیه ذخیره کبد میشوند.
-۷تغدیه با مقدار زیادی نیترات* کاروتن نمی تواند از جفت عبور کند ولی ویتامین براحتی از جفت عبور می کند بنابراین ترزیق ویتامین A
یا خوراندن روغن ماهی به گاو آبستن، باعث افزایش A گوساله میشود. A ذخیره کبدی ویتامین وابسته به ،A دامهای نوزاد جهت دریافت ویتامین کلستروم و شیر مادر هستند.


پاتوژنز:

برای ساخته شدن (روداپسین) A وجود ویتامین ضروری است . اختلال در سنتز روداپسین باعث بروز شب کوری می شود. که بیشتر در گاوهای ۱ ۳ ساله دیده می - شود. کوری اتفاق می افتد A همچنین بدلیل کمبود ویتامین آه ۳ علت دارد:
Optic -1 تنگ شدن سوراخ عصب
Optic -2 ادم عصب
-۳تحت فشار قرار گرفتن کورتکس مغز



علائم بالینی:

علائم عباتند از فلجی عضلات صورت، شب کوری یا کوری، خشکی چشم، تشنج ، اسهال ، خشکی و پوسته پوسته شدن پوست و وجود شوره روی آن، جفت ماندگی، سقط جنین و مرده زائی. خیز قسمت جلوی بدن در گاوهای گوشتی بدلیل نقصان و کمبو د علوفه سبز (علت اولیه ) و وجود بیماریهای رودهای و کبدی مزمن(علت ثانویه)می باشد. * بیماری را باید از آنتروتوکسمی کمبود منیزیم مسمومیت با سرب و آنسفالیتها تفریق کرد


درمان:

دامهایی که به فرم شب کوری مبتلا هستند به درمان جواب نمی دهند ولی آﻧﻬایی که دچا ر آنسفالوپاتی هستند، اگر در اوایل بیماری درمان شوند، بهبود مییابند.
