به منظور پیشگیری از مسمومیت های غذایی در طول سفر، باید به جای نوشابه های گازدار، همراه با غذا دوغ کم نمک و بدون گاز بخورید.
سرپرست دفتر بهبود تغذیه جامعه وزارت بهداشت، *درمان وآموزش پزشکی *ضمن بیان این مطلب اظهار داشت: نوشابه های گازدار حاوی مقدار زیادی قند هستند و یک قوطی 300 میلی لیتری نوشابه در حدود 28 گرم ( تقریبا دوقاشق غذاخوری پر) شکردارد و مقدار زیادی کالری وارد بدن می کند که نتیجه اش اضافه وزن وچاقی است .
دکتر زهرا عبداللهی تصریح کرد:* نوشابه های بدون قند هم حاوی مقادیر زیادی فسفات هستند که از جذب کلسیم غذا که برای استحکام استخوان ها ضروری است، جلوگیری می کند و نتیجه اش در دراز مدت پوکی استخوان خواهد بود.
این متخصص تغذیه بیان کرد:* در رستوران های بین راهی، حتما همراه با غذا از ماست (کم چرب وپاستوریزه )، لیمو ترش و یا آبلیمو استفاده شود زیرا دستگاه گوارش اسیدی می شود و در نتیجه، از رشد و تکثیر میکروب ها در دستگاه گوارش و در نتیجه مسمومیت غذایی جلوگیری می شود.
وی افزود: مصرف انواع دسرهای خامه ای درطول سفر توصیه نمی شود چون ممکن است با شیر وخامه پاستوریزه نشده تهیه شده باشد و یا این که به علت کهنگی، فاسد شده باشد همچنین اگر مایل به مصرف بستنی هستید، حتما از نوع پاستوریزه شده وکم چرب آن استفاده کنید.
دکتر عبداللهی تاکید کرد: افراد از خرید و مصرف نوشیدنی های محلی مثل آب زرشک ، آب آلبالو و هم چنین لواشک، تمبرهندی، آلوچه، درصورتی که بسته بندی نشده و کد بهداشتی و پروانه ساخت از وزارت بهداشت ندارند، خودداری کنند زیرا انواع آلودگی های انگلی با خوردن این نوع موادغذایی غیربهداشتی ممکن است به بدن منتقل می شود.
