عفونت آركوباكتر در طيور

جنس آركوباكتر Arcobacter

شامل میكروارگانیسم هایی است كه سابقاً بعنوان كامپیلوباكتر كرای ائروفیلا Compylobacter cryerophila

مطرح می شدند. این باكتریها برای اولین بار در سالهای ۱۹۷۰ از جنین سقط شده گاو و خوك جدا گردیدند. براساس مطالعات جدید و استفاده از روشهای پیشرفته در سال ۱۹۹۲ جنس اركوباكتر شامل چهارگونه مجزا پیشنهاد گردید. در این میان اركوباكتر باتزلری A.butzleri


بكرات از عفونتهای روده ایی انسان و همچنین از آب ، گوشت خوك و گاوهای شیری سالم جدا شده است. میزان ایزولاسیون این باكتری از گوشت مرغ بسیار متفاوت و بین ۰ - ۹۷% نمونه ها در تغییر بوده است. در كانادا از ۱۲۵ نمونه مورد آزمایش ۱۲۱ موردآركوباكتر باتزلری ( معادل ۹۷% ) جدا شده است. در فرانسه طی آزمایش این باكتری از ۸۱% لاشه ها جدا گردید. نزدیك به نیمی از این جداسازی ها مربوط به گروه سرمی ۱ بوده است ، گروه سرمی ۱ و ۵ در ارتباط با عفونتهای انسانی هستند. در هلند ۲۴% و در آمریكا از گوشت مرغ ۱/۱۹% و از بوقلمون ۵۷% جدا سازی انجام گرفته است و در ایتالیا در یك بررسی محدود از هیچ یك از موارد نمونه برداری شده آركوباكتر جدا نگردید. علت این اختلاف مربوط به عواملی از قبیل شرایط بهداشتی مزرعه پرورشی ، اماكن انتخاب شده جهت نمونه برداری و همچنین حساسیت روشهای مورد استفاده جهت جداسازی باكتری بوده است<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
