مروری کلی بر بیماری آمیلوئیدوز

[Dr.Shayan]

معرفی :
این بیماری ، نوعی بیماری است که در اردکها و مرغها روی میدهد . با تحریک طولانی مدت سیستم ایمنی توسط برخی بیماریهای کرونیک باکتریایی مانند enterococcal ویا staphylococcal arthritis در یک مدت طولانی ، این بیماری حادث می شود . با تحقیقاتی که اخیرا صورت گرفته است ، مشخص شده است که Mycoplasma synoviae نیز ممکن است که سبب این بیماری بشود .
این بیماری در حالت عادی قابل انتقال نیست . ولی بایستی توجه داشت که با بروز یک عفونت باکتریایی مانند آنچه در بالا ذکر شد ، این بیماری منتقل خواهد شد . تلفات این بیماری معمولا پائین است .

نشانه های این بیماری :
Lameness .
 تورم در پا و مفاصل آن .
 تلفات پائین .
 بزرگ شدن کبد .
 بزرگ شدن طحال .
 وجود خونریزی در طحال .
 وجود رسوبهای نارنجی رنگ در مفاصل .
 التهاب های اولیه ( arthritis, endocarditis و ... ) .

تشخیص :
تشخیص این بیماری با نشانه های ذکر شده و آزمایشات هیستوپاتولوژی امکان پذیر خواهد بود .

درمان :
برای درمان این بیماری راهکاری رائه نشده است .

پیشگیری :
در جهت پیشگیری از بروز ضایعات و خسارتهای مالی ناشی از این بیماری در مزرعه ، بایستی سریع اقدامات امنیت زیستی را بکار برد .
