سوزش زیر بغل

با سلام.من دانشجوی پزشکی هستم و با یک مورد به نظر خودم دامپزشکی برخورد کردم.من دیروز از یه آقایی 66 ساله شرح حال میگرفتم .ایشون شدیدا از درد و تیر کشیدن و سوزش زیر بغل سمت چپشان ناله میکردند و گریه.سمت چپ قفسه سینه ایشان درد میکرد و دست چپشان تا نوک انگشتان نیز دردناک بود.در مشاهده قفسه سینه، یک زخم جوش خورده کوچک در زیر نیپل (نوک سینه)شان مشاهده شد که میگفتند درد از این ناحیه شروع میشود و به قسمتهای گفته شده میرود.در بررسی pi ایشون ،درد از بهار امسال شروع شده بود.ایشون دامداری داشتن و دامشون بز و گوسفند بوده.بر طبق گفته های ایشون یک سری مگس هایی که نیش بلندی داشتند ایشون رو چندین بار نیش زدند که نیششون دردناک بوده.ایشون بارهای به بیمارستان رفته بودندو در اینجا نیزایشون در بخش ریه بستری بودند و اکوی قلب و سایر آزمایش های قلب رو نیز انجام داده بودند ولی مشکلی نداشتند و امروز هم با درد فراوان در ناحیه زیر بغل مرخص شدند.البته علاوه بر ایم وارد گفته شده ، شدیدا هم مشکل گوارشی پیدا کرده بودند و با خوردن غذاهای مخصوصا گرم ، دردشان بیشتر میشود.به خاطر همینم حواسم نبود که مشخصات مگس هارو ازشون بپرسم.البته مدتی پیش زنبور هم گردن ایشون رو نیش زده بوده که گفتند همه جای بدنم ورم کرد و داخل آب سرد رفتم که بهتر شدم اما اقدام دارویی انجام نداده بودند.میخواستم ببینم آیا مگس یا حشره دیگه ایی میتونه باشه که همچین بلایی رو به سر افراد بیاره.ایشون اونقدر سوزش زیر بغلشون محسوس بود که من هم احساسش میکردم.خواهش میکنم کمک کنید.خواهش میکنم

همانطور که فرمودید بهار امسال این مشکلات برای ایشون به وجود امده است شما علاوه بر سوالاتی که پرسیدید باید میپرسیدید که آیا در دامداری که اون موقع بودند هیچ کدوم از ام ها بیماری خاصی داشتند یا خیر؟
هر چند احتمالش کم هست که بیماری مشترک گرفته باشند.
ایشون باید یک ازمایش کامل بدهند به دکترهای فوق تخصص مراجعه کنند تا علت اصلی مشکل مشخص شود.
