۱٫اهداف استفاده از ضدعفونی کننده ها
- جلوگیری از ورود بیماری

- جلوگیری از گسترش بیماری
۲٫ یک برنامه ضدعفونی در صورتیکه به درستی اجرا شود راه حلی با صرفه اقتصادی مناسب جهت مبارزه با اجرام بیماریزا می باشد.
•مرور مواردی که در ترویج واجرای برنامه های ضدعفونی میبایست مدنظر قرارگیرند.
•مرور مواد شیمیایی که به عنوان ضدعفونی کننده استفاده میشوند. همچنین بررسی فواید و مضرات آنها

تعاریف
ضدعفونی کننده ها:
به ترکیبات شیمیایی اطلاق میشود که برای کنترل ، جلوگیری از انتشار یا از بین بردن اجرام بیماریزا (باکتریها، ویروسها، قارچها) دراماکن ویا روی سطوح اشیاء مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. بر خلاف آنتی بیوتیک ها که در بالاترین غلظت ممکن است ، فقط باکتریواستاتیک باشند و بعد از چندین ساعت تماس اثر کشندگی بر باکتریها داشته باشند ، ضدعفونی کننده ها عموماً در مدت کمتری (درطیچند دقیقه ) اثرکرده و باکتریها و حتی برخی موارد ویروسها ، قارچها و انگلها را نیز می کشند . بعلاوه ضد عفونی کننده ها معمولاً برای سطوح بی جان استفاده میشوند و بسیاری از آنها در غلظت های مورد استفاده برای حیوانات سمی میباشند. ضد عفونی کننده های خاصی که برای سطوح بدن حیوانات و انسان بکار میروند آنتی سپتیک Antiseptic خوانده میشوند.


• Germicides/Biocides
•به مواد شیمیایی اطلاق میشود که میکروارگانیسم ها را از بین میبرند.
•این مواد معمولا ً روی پروتئین ها بویژه آنزیم های مهم اجرام عمل مینمایند.
• مکانیسم عمل ممکن است ، اکسیداسیون(ویرکن اس)، هیدرولیز، تغییر ماهیت (الکل ها)ویا جایگزینی باشد.
۲٫Biostatics/Germistatics
به موادی اطلاق میشود که صرفاً از رشد و تکثیر اجرام جلوگیری مینمایند.
۳٫ Sanitizers
این مواد تمام اجرام را از بین نبرده و فقط جمعیت میکروب ها را در سطوح اشیاء کاهش داده تا از نقطه نظر بهداشت عمومی بی خطر و ایمن باشند. (شوینده ها)
۴٫Cleaning
حذف فیزیکی مواد خارجی ، خاک ، غبار و مواد آلی مثل کود ، خون ، ترشحات و اجرام را پاکسازی گویند . پاکسازی به طور معمول باعث حذف اجرام می شود تا باعث از بین رفتن اجرام.
۵٫ sterilization
به مراحل فیزیکی مثل گرما یا شیمیایی مثل استفاده از اتیلن اکسید عنوان میشود که منجر به از بین رفتن و تخریب همه شکلهای زندگی میکروارگانیسم ها میشود.
۶٫ Detergents
•ذرات گرد و غبار و مواد آلی را از سطوح پاک می کنند و اجازه میدهند تا ضدعفونی کننده ها به میکروارگانیسم ها که در زیر و یا بین آنها قرار دارند دسترسی پیدا کنند.
• باعث کاهش کشش سطحی شده و قابلیت نفوذپذیری آب را افزایش میدهند تا بدینوسیله مواد آلی راحتر از سطوح اشیاء پاک گردند.
