نقص چسبندگي گلبولهاي سفيد گاو

بیماری نقص گلوبولهای سفید گاو یک اختلاف ژنتیکی است که بر روی سیستم خون ساز تاثیر می گذارد. این بیماری که اهمیت اقتصادی زیادی در صنعت گاوداری شیری دارد در دهه اخیر در گاوها گزارش شده است .
بیماری با علائم پنومونی عود کننده(recurrent pneumonia) تورم دهان گرانولوماتوزی و تورم دهان قرحه ای (ulcerative and granulomatous stomatitis)تورم روده همراه با رشد بیش از حد باکتریها در روده تاخیر در التیام زخمها افزایش پایدار نوتروفیلها و مرگ در سنین کم مشخص می شود.این بیماری ژنتیکی ناشی از یک ژن معیوب در کرومزومهای اتوزوم می باشد.از علائم شاخص دیگر این بیماری تورم لثه ها و بافت نگه دارنده دندان افتادن دندانها توقف رشدو نوتروفیلی می باشد.(بیش از 100000 عدد در هر میکرولیتر)از طرف دیگر نوتروفیل گاوها فعالیتهای طبیعی خود را از دست می دهند و قادر به خروج از خون برای مقابله با عوامل عفونی نمی باشند که این نقص با افزایش نوتروفیل در گردش خون مشهود تر است (تا 300000 عدد در میکرولیتر ).
این مهم در اثر عدم توانایی نوتوفیلها برای خروج از خون و ورود به بافتها ایجاد می شود.
در بیماری مشابهی که در انسان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است ژنCD18 عامل این نقص شناخته شده است.در گوساله های مبتلا به نقص چسبندگی گلوبولهای سفید دو جهش در آللهای کد شده CD18 تشخیص داده شده است.
یکی از این جهشها منجر به جایگزینی اسید اسپاتیک به جای گلیسین در امینو اسید 128 می گردد(D128G)و جهش دیگری جهش خفته است.تعداد زیادی از گوساله هایی که علائم بیماری را نشان می داده اندمورد آزمایش قرار گرفته اند و در تمامی آنها تشابه در آلل D128G مشاهده گردیده است و با بررسی های شجره نامه گاوهای دارای نقص مشخص گردیده که همگی آنها از یک گاو نر که بیشترین تولید اسپرم را داشته است به وجود آمدهاند و فراوانی حاملین این زن در بین گاوهای هولشتین امریکا که تلقیح مصنوعی شده اند 15 درصد و8درصد در بین دیگر گاوها می باشد.
بنابر این در این ارتباط برای تشخیص و ریشه کنی بیماری در گاوهای نری که به منظور تلقیح مصنوعی استفاده می شود سازمانی ایجاد گردیده است و نظر به اینکه آزمایش DNA از دقت زیادی برخوردار و نسبتا ارزان است مراکز تلقیح مصنوعی قادرند حاملین این ژن را که برای تولید اسپرم استفاده می شوند آزمایش نموده و حاملین این بیماری را به حداقل برسانند.
