اعتراض سازمان نظام دامپزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به اعطای درجه نظامی ستوان دومی به مشم

دکتر آقامیری در نامه*ای خطاب به فرمانده بهداشت و درمان ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران اعطای درجه نظامی ستوان دومی به مشمولان وظیفه دکترای دامپزشکی را مصداق بارز بی*عدالتی و تبعیض ناپسند اجتماعی خوانده و خواستار رسیدگی فوری در این زمینه شد.

به گزارش روابط عمومی و امور بین*الملل سازمان نظام دامپزشکی ج.ا.ا دکتر آقامیری رئیس سازمان نظام دامپزشکی ج.ا.ا در نامه*ای به امیر سرتیپ دوم دکتر محمد حسین لشکری فرمانده بهداشت و درمان و رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا اعطای درجه نظامی ستوان دومی به مشمولان وظیفه دکترای عمومی دامپزشکی در برخی یگان*های ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران را مصداق بارز بی عدالتی و تبعیض ناپسند اجتماعی خوانده و خواستار رسیدگی فوری در این زمینه شد.

فرمانده محترم بهداشت و درمان و رئيس دانشگاه علوم پزشكي آجا

سلام عليكم ؛

احتراماً به استحضار مي*رساند، حسب اطلاع در برخي از يگان*هاي ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران، پس از اتمام دوره آموزشي، به مشمولان وظيفه دكتراي عمومي دامپزشكي درجه نظامي "ستوان دومي"اعطا مي*گردد؛ در حالي كه مشمولان وظيفه دكتراي عمومي پزشكي به درجه نظامي "ستوان يكمي" نائل مي*شوند.

مزيد استحضار به عرض عالي مي*رساند كه دكتراي عمومي دامپزشكي از نظر مدارج علمي و تجربه عملي در راستای ارتقاء بهداشت عمومی جامعه از طریق پيشگيري، كنترل و مبارزه با انواع عوامل بيماري*زا بالاخص بيماري*هاي مشترك بين انسان و دام، بيشتر از دكتراي عمومي پزشكي نباشد، قطعاً و بي*ترديد كمتر نخواهد بود.

با عنايت به اينكه اصولاً طي دوره ضرورت خدمت مقدس نظام وظيفه در جهت آمادگي جوانان براي ورود به عرصه جديدي از زندگي، كار و تلاش توأم با انضباط فردي و اجتماعي و حفظ روحيه برابري و برادري مي*باشد؛ در صورت صحت اخبار واصله، اين موضوع يكي از مصاديق بارز بي*عدالتي و تبعيض*هاي ناپسند اجتماعي بوده، ( جامعه بشري نيز از تبعات سوء آن در امان نخواهد بود )و متأسفانه موجبات تحقير و بروز تفكر تبعيض*گرايي و در نهايت سرخوردگي در بين جوانان تحصيل كرده مي*گردد و آثار مخرب و تأثير*گذار آن در دوره*های مختلف زمانی، نمايان خواهد شد.

بنابراين خواهشمند است ضمن رسيدگي دستور فرمائيد اقدام شايسته*اي را در اين خصوص معمول فرمايند.
