فلج شدن اردک

سلام خسته نباشین :)
من سه تا اردک تقریبن چهار ماهه دارم که یکی از اونا مدتیه که یه حالت فلج مانندی پیدا کرده ، اندامهاش شل شده و حتی گردنشم نمیتونه صاف نگه داره ، موقع راه رفتن هم دو قدم به سختی برمیداره و بعد میخوره زمین ، طوری که حین غذا خوردنشم مجبورم با دست نگه ش دارم چون که نمیتونه سر جاش بایسته ...
میخواستم بدونم که آیا راه درمانی هست که خودم بتونم برای معالجه ش انجام بدم ؟ و آیا بیماریش ممکنه مشترک با انسان ( آنفولانزا یا بیماری دیگه ای ) باشه ؟ همچنین در موره دو تا اردک دیگه م ...امکانش هست بیماریش به اونا هم سرایت کنه؟ باید از اونا جدا باشه یا فرقی نمیکنه؟
خواهش میکنم کمکم کنید ... اردکم خیلی وضعیت اسفناکی پیدا کرده ... :(
