جلوگیری از نفخ در سگ

نفخ عارضه ای است که اغلب منجر به پیچش معده می گردد و بسیار خطرناک بوده و در بیشتر موارد سبب مرگ حیوان می شود. گروهی برای جلوگیری از نفخ توصیه می کنند که غذای خشک سگ را با آب خیس کرده و بعد در اختیار گریت دین قرار دارد. این روش اصلا هیچ اثری در جلوگیری از علایم نفخ ندارد.

توصیه های لازم برای جلوگیری از ایجاد نفخ

1_ ظرف آب و غذای گریت دین باید در ارتفاع و بالاتر از سطح زمین قرار گیرد. بهترین ارتفاع برای ظرف غذای گریت دین ارتفاع شانۀ حیوان می باشد.

2_ ظرف آب و غذا را به صورت مداوم در اختیار گریت دین قرار ندهید، زیرا در این صورت سگ معدۀ خود را بیش از حد پر می کند که منجر به نفخ می شود.

3_ تغذیه گریت دین متناسب با سن حیوان بهتر است دو یا سه بار در روز صورت گیرد، هرچه تعداد دفعات تغذیه در روز بیشتر و حجم غذا کمتر باشد امکان ایجاد نفخ کمتر می گردد.

توصیه های لازم برای جلوگیری از ایجاد نفخ

4_ اجتناب از ورزش و فعالیت شدید بدنی مانند دویدن، پریدن و غلت زدن حداقل به مدت 30 دقیقه قبل از تغذیه و 1 تا 2 ساعت بعد از تغذیه توصیه می شود. قدم زدن آرام بعد از غذا بلامانع است زیرا باعث تحریک معده شده و به عملکرد طبیعی دستگاه گوارش کمک می کند.

5_ بیاد داشته باشید که میزان تغییر غذا باید در طول یک هفته و به کندی صورت گیرد و اگر گریت دین خود را با غذای خشک تغذیه می کنید بهتر است هر گونه افزایش یا تغییر نوع غذا بعد از تمام شدن یک بستۀ غذایی صورت گیرد.

6_ بهتر است گریت دین های عصبی و پر هیجان، به صورت جداگانه و دریک مکان آرام تغذیه شوند.

7_ همیشه باید آب تازه در دسترس سگ قرار گیرد، اما خوردن آب بلافاصله بعد از غذا را باید برای گریت دین محدود کرد.

8_ استفاده نکردن از مواد غذایی نفاخ و دیر هضم مانند: ذرت، سیب زمینی، گندم به طبع آن نان و ماکارونی، جو دوسر، لوبیا. برخی از میوه ها حاوی قندی با نام سوربیتول هستند این قند موجب تولید گاز گوارشی می شود و در میوه هایی مانند آلو سیاه، سیب، هلو و گلابی یافت می شود.

9_ کنترول روزانه علائم نفخ در گریت دین.

10_ در دسترس قرار داشتن جعبۀ کمکهای اولیه و لوازم لازم برای دفع دفخ به تعداد گریت دین های موجود و همچنین شمارۀ تماس دکتر دامپزشک، اورژانس و کلینیک دامپزشکی.
گریت دین ها بسیار مستعد نفخ می باشند.
