فیزیتوراپی برای سگ

فیزیوتراپی برای سگ هایی که آرتروز دارند یا سگ هایی که در مرحله ی بهبودی از جراحتی به سر می برند تجویز می شود.فیزیوتراپی برای افزایش تحرک بدن در کلنیک های تخصصی انجام می شود ولی تمرین هایی هست که می توانید در خانه برای پت خود انجام دهید.

فیزیوتوراپی پت ها:

همان طور که پیش تر گفته شد،فیزیوتراپی برای افزایش تحرک و یا تسریع بهبودی جراحت تجویز می شود.فیزیوتراپی ممکن است برای سگ هایی که وزن اضافه دارند یا رفع استرس هم تجویز شود.فیزیوتراپی می تواند شامل چند روش زیر باشد:

*ماساژ

*سونو گرافی و جریان الکتریکی

*آب درمانی

*ورزش

*جریان سرما و گرما به صورت تناوبی

فیزیوتوراپی به صورت حرفه ای توسط متخصص انجام می شود تا صدمه ای به حیوان وارد نشود.


دستگاه هایی که در فیزیوتراپی سگ ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد:

در حین فیزیوتراپی ممکن است از چندین دستگاه استفاده شود.

*تردمیل .تردمیل برای سگ هایی که دارای مشکلات مفصلی هستند مناسب نمی باشد ولی ماهیچه های قلب را قوی می کند و همچنین مناسب سگ هایی که اضافه وزن دارند می باشد.

*استخر.استخر برای تمرین هایی ساده و برای سگ های مسن تر و یا سگ هایی که مشکلات مفصلی دارند مناسب است.

*توپ مخصوص ورزش


فیزیوتوراپی در خانه:

فیزیوتوراپی در خانه به شرطی که نحوه ی انجام دادن آن را بدانید مشکلی نخواهد داشت.در بعضی از مواقع دامپزشکان برای کاهش استرس رفتن به کلینیک تمرین هایی را برای فیزیوتراپی در خانه تجویز می کنند.

قبل از انجام هر گونه فیزیوتراپی را در خانه شروع کنید،ابتدا باید روش درست آن را از دامپزشک بیاموزید تا جراحتی دیگری به پت خود وارد نکنید.همچنین جراحات قبلی پت خود را در نظر داشته باشید.

می توانید وسایل مورد نیاز فیزوتراپی را برای خانه فراهم کنید.حتما دشک مخصوصی برای تمرین هایی که روی زمین انجام می شود، برای مثال تمرین با توپ تهییه کنید.

فیزیوتراپی را با آرامش دادن به حیوان خانگی خود شروع کنید خود شروع کنید.برای آرام کردن می توانید از موسیقی و یا رایحه تراپی استفاده کنید.ماساژ هم می تواند در آرام کردن حیوان کمک کند.همچنین می توانید در هنگام ماساژاز پمادهایی(البته با تجویز دامپزشک)که اثر مثبتی بر گردش خون و مفاصل دارد استفاده کنید.پس از آرام شدن حیوان می توانید فیزیوتراپی را شروع کنید و کم کم نرمش های پیچیده تری را انجام دهید.مثلا خم کردن زانو.دقت داشته باشید تا به آرامی این نرمش ها را انجام دهید و همچنین نرمش ها باید برای سگ طبیعی باشند.

بعد از نرمش می توانید استفاده از توپ تمرین را شروع کنید.در ابتدا ممکن است سگ قادر به حفظ تعادل خود نباشد برای همین همیشه در کنار او باشید تا در صورت از دست دادن تعادل او را بگیرید.آب درمانی نباید بیشتر از ۱۵ دقیقه و دمای آب نباید بیشتر از دمای اتاق باشد.هیچ گاه سگ خود را در استخر تنها نگدارید و همیشه در هر تمرین توجه داشته باشید تا سگ شما بیش از اندازه خسته نشود.
