علت های اصلی تورم پوزه سگ

ورم پوزه سگ میتواند به دلیل مشکل تنفسی و اغلب نشانه ای از دیگر عوامل پزشکی است . اگر تورم رخ دهد به سرعت شناسایی سریع منبع تورم این امکان را میدهد که درمان مناسب تجویر شده و از عوارض جدی جلوگیری شود.


چهار علت تورم پوزه سگ عبارت است از :


1- عفونت شایع ترین علت تورم در بینی یک سگ است . این میتواند ناشی از یک پارگی یا سوراخ باشد و احتمالا هنگام لمس دردناک است . اگر جراحت شدید باشد دامپزشک ممکن است انتی بیوتیک تجویز کند .


2- واکنش های الرژیک نیز ممکن است باعث تورم در بینی سگ شوند . معمولا واکنش های الرژیک ناشی از نیش زنبور یا برخی حشرات دیگر است که میتواند با بنادریل درمان شود و دوز استفاده از آن بر اساس وزن حیوان متفاوت است .


3- نیش مارها به طور معمول باعث التهاب بسیار شدید است و بایستی به سرعت درمان شود . از انجایی که بیشتر نیش ها کشنده نیستند، مهم است که حیوان ارام نگهداشت تا سم به سرعت گسترش پیدا نکند . اغلب نیش مار ، درصورتی که سلامت سگ درخطر نباشید با استروئید ها قابل درمان است .



4- همچنین مسمومیت استامینوفن میتواند دلیل تورم در پوزه و سر باشد . علاوه برتورم ، لثه های سگ ممکن است تغییر رنگ داده و آبریزش شدید دهان داشته باشد . که در اینصورت بستری در بیمارستان لازم است و در موارد شدید برای خنثی کردن عوارض استامینوفن بر روی کبد حیوان تزریق خوده ضروری است.
