تكثير سلولهاي جنيني حشرات در ايران

یكی‎ از دانشجویـان‎‎ دانـشگـاه‎ گیـلان نخستین‎ بار در كشور توانست‎ سلولهای‎ جنینی‎ حشرات‎‎ را در شرایط آزمایـشگـاهـی‎ كشـت و تكثیر كند.
به‎ گزارش‎ واحد مركزی‎ خبر، خانم‎ لیلا متیـن‎ دوست‎، دانشجوی‎ مقطع‎ كارشناسی‎ ارشـد رشتـه‎ حشره‎‎‎ شناسی‎ دانشكده كشاورزی‎ دانشگاه گیلان‎ است‎‎ كه‎ در مدت دو سال‎ تحـقیـق‎ و پـژوهــش‎ توانست‎‎ سلول*های‎ جنـینـی‎ حشـرات را در شرایط آزمایشگاهی‎ تكثیر و نگهداری‎ كند.
كشت‎‎ سلول*های‎ حشرات محققان‎ را قادر می*سازد تا بتوانند به‎‎ آزمایشات‎‎ و تحقیقات گسترده*تری‎ در زمنیه‎‎ تولید انبوه باكلو ویروس*ها، حشره‎*كش*های‎‎ زیستی‎ و در نهایت‎ پروتئین*های نوتركیب‎ بپردازند.
پروتئین‎*های‎‎‎ جـدیـد امـروزی بـرای تـهیـه‎ داروهای‎ ضد ویروس‎ مانند واكسن‎ هپاتیـت‎ ب،‎ آنفلوانزا و ایدز كاربرد دارند.
برای‎‎ اجرای این‎‎ طرح‎ پژوهشی،‎120 میـلیـون ریال‎ از اعتبارات‎ گروه‎ پژوهشی‎ كرم‎‎ ابریشم دانشكده‎‎ منابع‎ طبیعی‎ دانـشگـاه گـیلان‎ هزینه‎‎ شده است‎.
