آغاز واکسیناسیون بر علیه آنفلوآنزای A در ایران

حکیم مهر - مدیر برنامه آنفلوآنزای وزارت بهداشت از آغاز واکسیناسیون آنفلوآنزای نوع A از 20 دی ماه خبر داد.


دکتر محمود سروش گفت: بیمارانی که در اولویت دریافت واکسن آنفلوآنزای نوع آ قرار دارند با اخذ تاییدیه از پزشک معالج خود، می*توانند برای واکسیناسیون آنفلوآنزای نوع آ به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی مراجعه کنند.

وی تاکید کرد که امضای رضایت نامه از سوی متقاضی دریافت واکسن برای انجام واکسیناسیون آنفلوآنزا «آ» الزامی است.

سروش با اشاره به عوارض احتمالی ناشی از واکسیناسیون آنفلوآنزای نوع «آ» گفت: عوارض محل تزریق مانند درد، قرمزی محل تزریق و تب از عوارض احتمالی این واکسن است.

مدیر برنامه آنفلوآنزای وزارت بهداشت تاکید کرد: افرادی که به زرده تخم مرغ حساسیت دارند نباید این واکسیناسیون را انجام دهند.

سروش با بیان اینکه 350 هزار دوز واکسن آنفلوآنزای نوع آ توسط آزمایشگاه کنترل غذا و داروی وزارت بهداشت تایید کیفی شده است، گفت: منتظریم تا آزمایشگاه کنترل غذا و داروی وزارت بهداشت کیفیت دیگر واکسن*های وارداتی را به منظور استفاده گروه*های در معرض خطر، مشخص کند.

مدیربرنامه آنفلوآنزا با بیان این که زنان باردار نیز در اولویت بعدی واکسیناسیون آنفلوآنزای نوع آ قرار دارند، گفت: از آنجا که واکسن مورد استفاده این گروه باید فاقد افزودنی باشد، بررسی*ها برای ورود این واکسن به منظور استفاده زنان باردار در حال انجام است.

گفتنی است؛ پرسنل پزشکی و ارائه دهندگان خدمت به بیماران مبتلا به آنفلوآنزای «آ» و همچنین گروه*های پرخطر شامل بیماران دیالیزی، تالاسمی ماژور، بیماران کبدی و مبتلایان به سرطان تحت شیمی درمانی یا رادیوتراپی، جانبازان شیمیایی، بیماران پیوندی شامل پیوند مغز استخوان، کلیه، کبد، قلب و ریه در اولویت دریافت واکسن آنفلوآنزای «آ» قرار دارند.
