در انتخاب عینک طبی خود و نگهداری از آن دقت کنید .

عینک طبی جهت این تجویز و مصرف می شود که از چشمهای شا مراقبت کند و یا در مواردی یک عیب را بر طرف نماید .

در صورتیکه در انتخاب و نگهداری از عینک طبی خود کوتاهی کنید ممکن است نه تنها برای چشمان شما مفید نباشد بلکه به آسیب چشمهای شما منجر شد . در نتیجه در نگهداری از عینک خود موارد زیر را رعایت نمایید :

۱- – شیشه های عینک خود را حداقل دو بار در روز با استفاده از آب گرم وصابون (یا مایع ظرفشویی)تمیز نمایید تا اثر چربی وگرد وغبار از روی ان برطرف گردد وسپس با استفاده از یک پارچه تمیزونرم انرا خشک نمایید
۲-گاهگاهی فریم عینک خود را نیز با اب وصابون بشوئید

۳-موقع گذاشتن عینک روی میز یا طاقچه دقت نمایید که شیشه های ان با سطح تماس پیدا نکند
۴- همیشه از دودست برای گذاشتن یا برداشتن عینک استفاده نمایید

۵- هرگز از پارچه های زبر برای تمیز کردن عدسیهای پلاستیکی استفاده نکنید زیرا روی ان خش ایجاد می کند .

ایجاد سردردهای مزمن، اختلافات دید دوچشمی، خستگی مفرط از عوارض متعدد و شایع استفاده از فریم های غیراستاندارد عینک های طبی است .
* در انتخاب یک عینک طبی چهار چیز مهم است :
۱-نحوه استفاده و ساختار فریم
۲- پهنای فریم
۳- نوع و اندازه پل
۴- نوع و طول دسته
انتخاب فریمی که بخوبی بر روی بینی سوار شود اهمیت زیادی دارد تا مانع از قرمزی و پرخونی محل تماس پل با پوست بینی شود
