غلبه بر گاز امونیاک در سالن مرغداری

از اواسط قرن بیستم تاكنون تركیبات مختلفی با مكانیسم های اثر متفاوت در رابطه با كنترل گاز آمونیاك در صنعت مرغداری در دنیا مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند .
از میان این مواد ، فرمالین و عصاره درخت یوكا [2] با استقبال بیشتری مواجه شد . ولیكن از میان این دو ماده عصاره درخت یوكا بازدهی بیشتر داشت چرا كه این ماده دارای خاصیت پیوند با آمونیاك می باشد كه باعث جلوگیری از رها شدن گاز آمونیاك از طریق فضولات طیور می شود. با گذشت سالها تركیبات جدیدتری جایگزین موارد فوق شدند .
این مواد علاوه برطیف عمل وسیع ، كاملاً بی ضرر نیز تشخیص داده شده اند . این تركیبات كه هم اكنون به طور گسترده ای در صنعت پیشرفته طیور اكثر كشورها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند قادرند از فعالیت آنزیم اوره آز [3] جلوگیری نمایند .
از آنجا كه منشاء تولید گاز آمونیاك درسالنهای مرغداری، بستر می باشد ـ كه علت آن نیز تخمیر اوره فضولات طیور در بستر است ـ با استفاده از این تركیبات تولید گاز مذكور در بستر متوقف می شود .
از جمله این مواد می توان به پاد آمونیاك اشاره كرد .
پاد آمونیاك كه نوعی پودر خنثی كننده گاز آمونیاك می باشد محصول تكنولوژی ایالات متحده امریكا در سال 1999 میلادی می باشد .
طرز مصرف این ماده بسیار آسان بوده و به شرح ذیل است :
(1) سیستم بستر : یك روز قبل از جوجه ریزی به صورت یكنواخت درروی بستر پخش شود (برای كل دوره )
(2) سیستم قفس : پس از هر نوبت كودكشی در زیر قفسها ونیز هر دو هفته یكبار برروی كود پخش شود .
میزان مصرف این ماده كه به صورت پودر با مش [4] 20 الی 100 تهیه شده است ، 250-200 گرم درمتر مربع بستر می باشد .
به طور مثال برای محاسبه میزان پاد آمونیاك مصرفی در سالنی كه دارای عرض 12 متر و طول 90 متر باشد به ترتیب زیر عمل می شود :
متر مربع 1080=90*12
كیلوگرم 216 = گرم 216000= 200*1080
كیلوگرم 270 = گرم 270000= 250*1080
بنابراین 270-216 كیلوگرم میزان مصرف پادآمونیاك در سالن فوق می باشد .
این ماده در طی دوره پرورش در بستر فعال باقی مانده و باعث جلوگیری از تولید گاز آمونیاك و در نتیجه كاهش شدید بیماریهای تنفسی می شود .
مزایای دیگر این ماده می توان به موارد ذیل اشاره كرد :
1- كاهش بیماری كوكسیدیوز از طریق از بین بردن یا محدود كردن اووسیست های كوكسیدیوز .
2- كاهش رطوبت بستر
3- جلوگیری از اشاعه بوی زننده كود .
4- كاهش حشرات .
5- غنی شدن كود حاصل از فضولات طیور بدینصورت كه كود مرغی را بعنوان یك كود فسفاته كه دارای فسفر غیرمحلول است مطرح می نماید و این از آنجهت قابل اهمیت است كه كودهای فسفاته دارای فسفر محلول در آب هستند و در اثر بارندگی به لایه های پائینی رفته و عملا" از دسترس ریشه گیاه خارج می شوند.
