تاريخچه آنژيوگرافي

آن آزمایش از همان اوایل کشف اشعه ایکس آغاز گردید به طوریکه اولین بار در سال 1896 هابیک و لیندنتال با تزریق ماده حاجب امولسیون مخلوط گچ سرخرگهای یک دست قطع شده انسان را نشان­دادند.

به علت نبودن مواد حاجب مناسب تا سال 1923 هیچ آزمایشی به روی عروق خونی انسان زنده صورت نگرفت در سال 1923 اولین ونوگرافی با استفاده از برومید استرنسیوم و یک سال بعد اولین آنژیوگرافی ران با یدید سدیم (NaI) به روی انسان زنده انجامگردید.

امروزه روش تکامل یافتهتر آنژیوگرافی همراه با درمان موضعی تحت عنوان آنژیوپلاستی صورت میگیرد این روش در سرخرگهایی که دچار گرفتگی یا انسداد میباشند انجام میشود و با عنوان P.T.A (Percotaneous Tranluminal Angioplasty) برای اولین بار در سال 1964 توسط دوترو انجام گرفت. این روش در درمان بیماری تصلب شرایین کاربرد بسیار گستردهای دارد و در مقایسه با عمل جراحی از مزایای متعدد از جمله درد بسیار کم، کاهش خطر مرگومیر و اقتصادی بودن برخوردار است. روش PTA نه تنها در درمان بیماریهای شریانی بهویژه تنگی و انسدادها بلکه در درمان سرخرگهای کوچک قلب نیز کاربرد گسترده­ای دارد. همچنین امروز آزمون آنژیوگرافی ریه نیز به طور گستردهای در بخشهای آنژیوگرافی انجام می­گیرد.
