مراعات نكات بهداشتي در تهيه و نگهداري و مصرف شیر

در خصوص مصرف شير، نكات زير توصيه مي*شود:
1 ـ هميشه از شيرهاي پاستوريزه استفاده كنيد.

2 ـ شير پاستوريزه را حتما در يخچال نگهداري كنيد.

3 ـ از مصرف شيري كه، بو، طعم، و مزه آن تغيير كرده است خودداري كنيد.

4 ـ شير UHT يا استريل را پس از باز كردن در يخچال نگهداري كنيد.

5 ـ از جابجايي ظروف شير از داخل ظرف اصلي به داخل ظروف خانگي خودداري كنيد. حتي اگر ظاهر اين ظرف چندان مرتب به نظر نرسد زيرا در هر شرايط داخل ظروف بسته بندي شير كاملا استريل بوده و براي نگهداري شير مناسب*تر است.

6 ـ نكته آخر اين كه روزانه حداقل يك ليوان شير بنوشيد.
