سل ماهي ها

بيماري سل در ماهي نيز همانند انسان ها از طريق ميكو باكتري ها(نوعي باكتري باريك) و اغلب در نتيجه ضعف و ناتواني و عدم سلامت، شرايط نامطلوب زندگي و كمبود ويتامين به وجود مي آيد. ماهي ها در آكواريوم هاي شلوغ اغب در معرض خطر قرار دارند.
ميكو باكتري ها در همه جا قرار دارند. ولي اكثرا در زير خاک زباله ها باقي مانده غذا و ماهي هاي مرده يافت ميشوند. اين بيماري اغلب در يك دوره طولاني از طريق برخي از ماهي ها كه ميميرندـ بعد از چند ماه از محل زندگي خارج ميشوندـ گسترش ميابد.
در زمان هاي ديگر اين بيماري همه گير مي شود و در طول چند هفته تمام ماهي هاي درون آكواريوم را خواهد كشت. نشانه هاي خارجي عفونت بيماري سل در گونه هاي مختلف ماهي ها تقريبا متفاوت است و اين تفاوت به ميزان مقاومت ماهي بستگي دارد. به علاوه علائم اين بيماري در بيماري هاي ديگر ظاهر ميشود و بنابر اين به هنگام كالبد شكافي، يك علامت خطر به شمار مي رود.
علائم اين بيماري شامل تورم بدن به دليل تراكم مايعات در حفره زيستي، لاغري در طول برجستگي عقبي ( تیغ عقب) و شكم فرو رفته از بين رفتن فلس ها و فلس هاي كشيده زخم هاي پوستي باز، باد كردن چشم ها و از حدقه در آمدن آن ها ، خميدگي ستون فقرات، رنگ پريدگي، شنا كردن نا هموار و پر تكان، جابه جايي اندام هاي شكمي، كاهش واكنش ها،از بين رفتن اشتها و جدا ماندن از بقيه ماهي ها ( ماندن در يك گوشه ) است. اين علائم ميتواند به طور جداگانه و يا با هم ظاهر شود.
پس از كالبد شكافي، نمونه ها براي تهيه اسلايد از هم جدا و كالبد شكافي مي شوند. در موارد عفونت شديد، معاينه و آزمايش با عدسي هاي دستي، غده هاي سفيد و خاكستري را روي كبد و طحال به عنوان واكنش دفاعي اندام ها نشان مي دهند، كه تلاشي است براي احاطه كردن مركز عفونت باكتريايي با بافت پيوندي، براي جدا كردن ان ها از بافت هاي سالم،آزمايش ميكروسكوپي، محتوي كيست هاي زرد رنگ و قهوه اي را نشان مي دهد، چرا كپسول بافت پيوندي نيمه شفاف و بي رتگ است. اين كيست ها را نميتوان به راحتي از ايكتيو فونوس تميز داد.
در مقايسه به اين موارد كيست هاي مربوط به سل هميشه گرد نيست. در يك عفونت ميكو باكتري بر جسته و مشخص، شما معمولا ميتوانيد كيست هاي گرد، دراز و شاخه شاخه را در نمونه فشرده بيابيد. اشتباه گرفتن كيست ها با ايكتيوفونوس چندان مشكل ساز نيست، چرا كه هيچ يك از شرايط را نميتوان بهبود بخشيد. كيست هاي سطحي اغلب در اندام هاي از ماهي ها كه پس از مرگ كالبد شكافي شده اند نيز ياقت ميشود.
اين كيست ها وقتي شرايط زيست محيطي بدتر شود و يا با افزايش فشار مي تركند سپس ميكرو باكتري ها در بدن ماهي انتشار می يابد و اندام هاي ديگر را نيز مورد حمله قرار مي دهد. از اقدامات پيشگيرانه موثر ميتوان به فراهم كردن بهترين شرايط كيفي ( غذا، آب، دما،غيره) اشاره كرد.

ماهي هايي كه به وضوح علائم بيماري در آن ها ديده مي شود و يا در مورد بيماري آنها مشكوك هستيم بايد قرنطينه شوند. وقتي بيماري سل شناسايي شد ماهي بيمار بايد قرباني شوند و از بين بروند. وقتي بيماري تمام مخزن را فرا گرفت. تمام ماهي ها را قرباني كنيد و سپس مخزن را به همراه تجهيزات ضد عفوني كنيد.
