بیماری ابری شدن سطح چشم ودرمان

کدر شدن و ابری شدن سطح چشم ماهی نوعی بیماری باکتریایی است که معمولا در شرایط استرس،تغذیه بد،آب کثیف یا بیماری های انگلی و ضعیف شدن سیستم ایمنی بدن ماهی بروز میکند.عامل این بیماری نوعی باکتری گرم مثبت است

علایم :

1.در مراحل اولیه کدر شدن و ابری شدن سطح چشم ماهی
2.در مراحل حاد به وجود آمدن بافتی سفید و کرم رنگ روی سطح چشم به صورتی که روی چشم پوشانده میشود(با بیرون زدگی چشم اشتباه نشود)

پیشروی این بیماری بسیار سریع و باور نکردنی است.در بعضی از مواقع از زمان شروع اولین علائم بیماری تا مرگ ماهی تنها چند ساعت فرصت است
در مراحل حاد این بیماری،بعد از درمان ممکن است چشم ماهی بینایی خود را از داست بدهد
در بعضی از موارد ماهی های دیگر موجود در تانک به چشم آلوده ماهی بیمار حمله کرده و چشم ماهی را تخلیه میکنند!!!!بنا بر این بهتر است ماهی بیمار در تانکی مجزا قرنطینه شود

شیوه های درمان :

اضافه کردن 1 قاشق غذا خوری نمک بدون ید در هر 20 لیتر آب به درمان این بیماری کمک میکند

در مراحل اولیه(ابری شدن ملایم سطح چشم) اضافه کردن نمک و سیفون منظم و سنگین روزانه(حد اقل 50%)برای درمان بیماری کافی است و نیازی به استفاده از دارو نیست

در مراحل حاد چاره ی جز استفاده از آنتی بیوتیک وجود ندارد
سریع ترین و بهترین گزینه برای درمان ابری شدن سطح چشم استفاده از آنتی بیوتیک های وسیع الطیف به همراه پماد های آنتی بیوتیک دار و ضد قارچ است
آنتی بیوتیک هایی مانند اریترومایسین ، سیپروفلوکساسین ، استرپتومایسین و نئومایسین سولفات 100% در درمان این بیماری موثرند

250 میلی گرم به ازای هر 10 گالن معادل 37.8 لیتر آب(هر گالن 3.78 لیتر است)
دارو باید 7 روز متوالی تکرار شود.قبل از اضافه کردن هر دوز 25 ٪ از آب آکواریوم سیفون شود

استفاده از پماد نیستات و تترا سایکلین روی سطح چشم کمک فراوانی به درمان این بیماری میکند
