بيماري ژنتيكي BLAD

[Dr.Hossein.M.Al]

BLAD از عبارت Bovine Leukocyte Adhension Dificiency گرفته شده است. اين بيماري حالت اتوزومي مغلوب دارد و از علائم آن مرگ زودرس جنين و علائمي شبيه به بيماري هاي عفوني همچون اسهال گوساله و پنوموني و تاخير در بهبودي جراحات حاصله است كه دامپزشكان را دچار اشتباه در تشخيص نموده و تجويز بي مورد دارو و آنتي بيوتيك در بسياري از موارد مشاهده شده است. عامل اين بيماري جهش در ژن CD18 است كه با این جهش نقطه اي آدنين به گوآنين تبديل شده و در نتيجه آن در موقعيت 128 ساختمان پروتئيني گلايسين به اسيد آسپارتيك تبديل مي شود. تشخيص اين نقص ژنتيكي با استفاده از روش PCR-RFLP و آنزيم هاي TaqIو HaeIII و الكتروفورز بر روي ژن اكريلاميد امكان پذير است. در كاتالوگ هاي اسپرم كد BL مخفف BLAD carrier و كد TL مخفف Test Free as Carrier of BLAD مي باشد. حالت همو زيگوت مغلوب به علت مرگ زودهنگام جنيني قابل تعيين كد نمي باشد.
