جمع*آوری خاویار تقلبی در تهران

تخم ماهیان خاویاری پس از فرآوری*های انجام شده بنام خاویار شناخته می*شود. ارزش غذایی فراوان آن باعث شده است که از لحاظ قیمتی نیز جزو گرانترین مواد غذایی در دنیا به شماره آید. خاویار انواع گوناگونی دارد چون خاویار طلایی، سرخ و سیاه که البته در این میان خاویار سیاه از ارزش قابل توجهی برخوردار می*باشد و هم اکنون هر صد گرم از این ماده غذایی با ارزش در حدود 150.000 تومان به فروش می*رسد.
رئیس شبکه دامپزشکی شهر تهران با اشاره به موارد بالا از عرضه موارد تقلبی خاویار توسط برخی افراد سودجو خبر داد. دکتر بابایی به سوءاستفاده افراد سودجو با عرضه محصولات صناعی ساخته شده از برخی ترکیبات مثل پارافین، ژلاتین و برخی روغنها و شکل دهی ترکیبات مذکور بصورت دانه*های خاویار و بسته*بندی در ظروف شکیل و لیبل*گذاری با حک تصویر ماهیان خاویاری و در اغلب موارد با درج تولید کشورهایی نظیر آذربایجان اشاره کردند ایشان همچنین به فعالیت*های شبکه دامپزشکی شهر تهران اشاره و عنوان کردند که این شبکه با جدیت پیگیر موضوع بوده و نسبت به ضبط و معدوم*سازی خاویارهای تقلبی با هماهنگی به مراجع انتظامی و قضایی اقدام نماید. دکتر سیدعلی سیدعلی بابایی با اشاره به قیمت بالای خاویار و قیمت پائین محصولات تقلبی عرضه شده از شهروندان محترم درخواست نمود از خاویارهای عرضه شده با قیمت*ها و لیبل*های غیرمتعارف استفاده نکرده و در صورت مشاهده موارد مذکور با شماره تلفن*های رسیدگی به شکایات مردمی شبکه دامپزشکی شهر تهران (66591004 ـ 66591005) تماس گرفته و خواستار پیگیری شوند.
در سال گذشته هم کمیته بهداشت مواد غذایی جامعه دامپزشکان ایران در مورد عرضه خاویار تقلبی با مارک روسی هشدار داده و نامه ای در این خصوص به رئیس سازمان دامپزشکی کشور و وزارت بهداشت ارسال کرد. جالب آنکه مشروح فعالیت های انجام شده توسط وزارت بهداشت در پاسخ به آن نامه به جامعه دامپزشکان ایران ارسال شد اما دریغ از پاسخ سازمان دامپزشکی کشور!!!
