تاثير داروهاي كورتيكو استروئيد بر قلب

دزهاي بالاي كورتيكو استروئيدها ، يك نوع داروي رايج بيماري ريوي ، ممكن است احتمال نوعي ناهنجاري ضربان قلب تحت عنوان فيبريلاسيون دهليزي را افزايش دهد.
فيبريلاسيون دهليزي نوعي بي*نظمي ضربان قلب يا آريتمي است و زماني روي مي*دهد كه ايمپالس*هاي الكتريكي غيرطبيعي در حفره*هاي بالايي قلب باعث ضربان سريع شوند.
در نتيجه ضربان قلب از 60 تا 100 ضربان در دقيقه افزايش مي*يابد. فيبريلاسيون دهليزي مي*تواند منجر به لخته شدن خون شود و يك ريسك فاكتور عمده سكته مغزي محسوب مي*شود.
كورتيكواستروئيدها نوعي داروي ضدالتهابي هستند كه اغلب براي درمان بيماري*هايي همچون آسم ، آلرژي ، بيماري انسداد ريوي و آرتريت بكار مي*روند.
در اين مطالعه مشخص شد احتمال ابتلا به فيبريلاسيون دهليزي در كساني كه دزهاي بالاي اين داروها را دريافت كرده بودند به ميزان زيادي بالاتر بود.
همچنين مشخص شد علت استفاده از اين داروها توسط بيماران فاكتور مهمي در افزايش ريسك فيبريلاسيون دهليزي نبود.
به گفته سخنگوي انجمن قلب امريكا اين مطالعه حائز اهميت است زيرا نشان مي*دهد كورتيكواستروئيدها مستقل از بيماري*هاي موجود ، مانند بيماري انسداد ريه ، آرتريت و آسم ، احتمال فيبريلاسيون دهليزي را افزايش مي*دهند اما اطلاعات بيشتري مورد نياز است پيش از آن كه توصيه*هاي لازم درباره مصرف اين داروها ارائه شود.
