هورمون آزاد کننده گنادوتروپینها، هورمون تولید مثل.

اشکال داروئی:

Solution for injection: Loliprine 5mg/ml

مکانیسم اثر:

به داروی GnRH مراجعه شود.

فارماکوکینتیک:

زمان شروع اثر این دارو حدود 2 ساعت و نیمه عمر آن کمتر از 3 ساعت میباشد. در این مدت پپتید به اسیدهای آمینه تجزیه شده و از بافتها دفع میشود. برای کسب اطالاعات بیشتر به داروی GnRH مراجعه شود.

موارد مصرف:

گاو ماده:
ـ کیست فولیکولی همراه یا بدون علائم
ـ تاخیر در تخمک گذاری
ـ تحلیل فولیکول تخمدانی.
ـ نارسائی باروری با منشاء تخمدانی.
ـ در آخرین مرحله برنامه همزمانی فحلی به همراه پروستاگلندین به منظور کنترل دقیق زمان تخمک گذاری.
ـ افزایش میزن باروری.
پیگیری از نارسائیهای باروری توسط ایجاد سریعتر اولین فحلی آشکار (بخصوص بعد از زایمان).
مادیان:
ـ افزایش میزان باروری در فحلیهای طولانی و نامنظم.
ـ اطمینان بیشتر از همزمانی تخمک گذاری و کشش توسط سیلمی.
ـ تغییرات کیستیک تخمدانها همراه یا بدون بروز علائم فحلی.
ـ تحریک تخمک گذاری.
گوسفندان:
ـ تحریک عملکرد جنسی.
ـ همزمانی اوولاسیون.
مقدار و روش مصرف:
این دارو به صورت عضلانی مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرد.
گاو :ml5
مادیان:ml10
گوسفند:ml5
ـ در گاوهای کیستیک: روز اول تجویز گنادورلین و روز 10 ـ 9 تجویز پروستاگلندین F2a.
ـ در گاوهای غیر کیستیک آنستروس: روز اول تجویز گنادورلین و روز 9 ـ 7 تجویز پروستاگلندین F2a .
ـ در برنامههای همزمان سازی تخمک گذاری: روز اول تجویز گنادورلین، روز 7 یک دوز پروستاگلندین F2a، 36 ساعت بعد از ml3 گنادورلین، 18 ساعت بعد تلقیح مصنوعی.

موارد منع مصرف:

به داروی GnRH مراجعه شود.

زمان پرهیز از مصرف:

به دلیل تشابه این دارو با ترکیب آزاد کننده طبیعی گنادوتروپینها در بدن که از هیپوتالاموس حیوانات ترشح میشود و با توجه به زمان متابولیزاسیون آن در بدن زمان پرهیز از مصرف شیر یا گوشت مطرح نمیباشد.
