خواص نوشیدنی*ها + 7 توصیه

از آنجا که60 درصد وزن بدن را آب تشکیل می*دهد، کاهش آب موجب ایجاد اختلالاتی در بدن می*شود. براین اساس نوشیدنی*ها می*توانند بخشی از نیاز روزانه بدن به آب را تامین کنند.
آب سالم بهترین نوشیدنی است که پایه تمام نوشیدنی*ها از جمله آب لوله کشی تصفیه شده و آب*های معدنی است. مصرف روزانه آب برای انجام عملکرد صحیح بدن از جمله دفع مواد زاید، تنظیم دما و پیشگیری از یبوست لازم است.
همچنین آبمیوه*های طبیعی و تازه از جمله نوشیدنی*های سالم و مغذی هستند. آبمیوه*ها سرشار از ویتامین*ها، مواد معدنی و رنگدانه*های گیاهی هستند که بخشی از نیاز بدن به این مواد را تامین می*کنند. نوشیدن آب میوه*های غنی از ویتامین C مانند آب مرکبات همراه با غذا در جذب بیشتر آهن موثر است. رنگدانه*های گیاهی آبمیوه*ها نیز خطر ابتلا به بیماری*های قلبی – عروقی و سرطان را کاهش می*دهند.
دوغ نیز یکی از نوشیدنی*های سنتی و رایج در ایران است. مصرف دوغ در سلامت و استحکام استخوان*ها و دندان*ها موثر است؛ به طوری که ارزش غذایی هر دو لیوان دوغ معادل یک لیوان شیر است.
چای هم به عنوان نوشیدنی جهانی، انواع مختلفی مانند چای سبز و سیاه را شامل می*شود. تحقیقات نشان داده است ترکیبات گیاهی مفید چای سبز خطر ابتلا به سرطان و بیماریهای قلبی – عروقی را کاهش می*دهد. فلوئور موجود در چای نیز پیشگیری از پوسیدگی دندان*ها را سبب می*شود.
قهوه نیز حاوی کافئین است که موجب رفع خستگی می*شود؛ اما مصرف بیش از حد آن اختلال در جذب بعضی از مواد مغذی مانند آهن و کلسیم را سبب شده و زمینه ساز ابتلا به کم خونی و پوکی استخوان می*شود.
بنا بر اعلام انستیتو تحقیقات تغذیه*ای و صنایع غذایی کشور، از آنجا که امروزه تمایل به مصرف نوشابه*های شیرین گازدار به ویژه میان کودکان و نوجوانان گسترش یافته است، بررسی*ها نشان داده که این نوشابه*ها ارزش تغذیه*ای چندانی ندارند. نوشیدنی*های شیرین گازدار مانند انواع کولاها حاوی مقادیر زیادی قند هستند که موجب افزایش وزن، چاقی و پوسیدگی دندان بویژه در کودکان و نوجوانان می*شوند. در تهیه نوشابه*ها از مواد رنگی و طعم دهنده استفاده می*شود که مصرف مستمر آن موجب بروز اختلالاتی مانند کهیر، عوارض تنفسی، گوارشی و رفتاری می*شود.
توصیه*های تغذیه*ای در مورد نوشیدنی*ها؛
- مصرف روزانه 6 تا 8 لیوان آب سالم توصیه می*شود.
- شیر پاستوریزه به دلیل دارا بودن 87 درصد آب یک نوشیدنی خوب و سالم است.
- با توجه به مضرات نوشابه*های شیرین گازدار مصرف آب سالم بهداشتی، آبمیوه*های طبیعی تازه، دوغ کم نمک و شربت*های خانگی (آب لیمو) و عرقیات گیاهی در برنامه غذایی روزانه توصیه می*شود.
- تا حد امکان از مصرف نوشابه*های شیرین گازدار مانند انواع کولاها پرهیز شود.
- مصرف روزانه دوغ به دلیل داشتن مواد معدنی و مغذی نزدیک به شیر، توصیه می*شود.
- نوشیدن چای یا قهوه همراه یا بلافاصله قبل و بعد از غذا موجب کاهش جذب آهن مواد غذایی می*شود.
- آب بهترین نوشیدنی همراه با داروها است.
