دکتر لطفی زاده : مردم نگران آنفلوآنزای بزی نباشند!

رییس مرکز مجازی پژوهش*های راهبردی دامپزشکی کشور درباره انتشار خبر شیوع آنفلوآنزای بزی گفت: مردم نگران آنفلوآنزای بزی که بیماری قابل انتقال بین حیوان و انسان است، نباشند.
دکتر محمد لطفی*زاده اظهار کرد: این بیماری که در برخی رسانه‎ها به اشتباه به عنوان آنفلوآنزای بزی با منشاء ویروسی با نام کیو معرفی شده، در حقیقت بیماری تب Q با عامل باکتریایی است و هیچ ارتباطی با آنفلوانزای ویروسی ندارد و از طریق استنشاق ذرات آلوده به میکروب به انسان منتقل می*شود.
وی درباره نشانه‏های بالینی این بیماری گفت: به دلیل تشابه نشانه‎های این بیماری با آنفلوآنزای ویروسی نظیر احساس کسالت و خستگی، تب بالا، سردرد آزاردهنده، حالت تهوع، استفراغ، اسهال، دردهای عضلانی و شکمی و گلودرد با نام آنفلوآنزای بزی هم شناخته می*شود و با توجه به عامل ایجاد بیماری تب کیو که باکتری است باید توجه داشت که این بیماری تنها نام آنفلوآنزا را یدک می‎کشد.
لطفی‎زاده افزود: گاو، گوسفند و بز مخزن اصلی عامل این بیماری هستند اما وقوع این بیماری در سایر حیوانات و حتی حیوانات خانگی هم محتمل است و میکروب از طریق شیر، ادرار، مدفوع و جفت حیوان آلوده دفع می‎شود.
وی همچنین درباره گروه*های در معرض خطر گفت: این بیماری را می‎توان مرتبط با شغل دانست و دامپزشکان، دامداران و افرادی که به نحوی با دام*ها سروکار دارند بیشتر در معرض خطر ابتلا هستند.
وی همچنین از مردم خواست درباره بیماری*های قابل انتقال بین حیوان و انسان تنها از سازمان دامپزشکی کشور و مراجع ذی*صلاحی نظیر مرکز مدیریت بیماری*های وزارت بهداشت کسب اطلاع کنند و به صرف انتشار یک خبر به خود نگرانی راه ندهند.
رییس مرکز مجازی پژوهش*های راهبردی دامپزشکی در پایان به مردم توصیه کرد: برای جلوگیری از انتقال این بیماری و سایر بیماری*های قابل انتقال بین حیوان و انسان از مصرف لبنیات غیرپاستوریزه جداً پرهیز کنند و در صورتی که قصد ذبح دام دارند این کار را در مراکز مجاز عرضه بهداشتی دام زنده و با نظارت دکتر دامپزشک انجام دهند.
