فراخوان همایش ملی فرآوری و بهداشت آبزیان

نخستین همایش ملی فرآوری و بهداشت محصولات شیلاتی توسط مرکز تحقیقات ملی فرآوری آبزیان 15 و 16 دیماه 1389 برگزار می*شود.
محورهای این همایش به شرح ذیل است :
- روش بهینه هندلینگ آبزیان
- کاربرد فناوری*های نوین در فرآوری، نگهداری و عرضه فرآورده*های شیلاتی
- کاهش ضایعات و ایجاد ارزش افزوده با فرآوری آبزیان
- بهداشت وسلامتی فرآورده*های شیلاتی
- فناوری ، بسته*بندی فرآورده*های شیلاتی
- مدیریت تولید و عرضه فرآورده*های شیلاتی
- بازاریابی و اقتصاد فرآوری آبزیان
- فرآورده*های شیلاتی ارگانیک و تراریخته
مهلت ارسال خلاصه مقالات پایان شهریورماه و مهلت ارسال اصل مقاله 15 آبانماه سال جاری اعلام گردیده است.
گفتنی است در حاشیه این همایش نمایشگاه معرفی تولیدات شیلاتی و صنایع مرتبط ، کارگاه آموزشی تولید فرآورده‎های خمیری آبزیان، عمل‎آوری تخم ماهیان استخوانی و تولید FPC به روش شیمیایی هم پیش*بینی شده است.
همچنین تشکیل انجمن علمی متخصصین فرآوری و بهداشت فرآورده*های شیلاتی و برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی کاربرد فناوری نانو در فرآوری و بهداشت فرآورده*های آبزیان از دیگر برنامه‎های جنبی همایش مذکور است.
