شیر غیرپاستوریزه = خطر !

در بین مردم و بویژه نسل قدیم مصرف لبنیات غیرپاستوریزه بخصوص شیر جایگاه ارزشمندی دارد و این دقیقاً همان اشتباهی است که از دل آن ممکن است بسیاری بیماری*ها زاده شود.
ضمن احترام به نسل قدیم و بزرگتر*ها ، باید جوانان تحصیل*کرده با خطرات مصرف شیر غیرپاستوریزه آگاه باشند و این آگاهی را به خانواده خود از جمله بزرگترهای فامیل منتقل نمایند.
فراموش نکنید که با مصرف شیر غیرپاستوریزه خطر تب مالت و ابتلا به عفونت*هایی نظیر سالمونلوزیس و عفونت با E. coli ، لیستریا ، استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس ، عامل بیماری سل و غیره در کمین شما خواهد بود.
برخی به اشتباه معتقدند که خواص شیر پاستوریزه در فرآیند پاستوریزاسیون کاهش می*یابد و این تنها یک بهانه برای مصرف لبنیات محلی است.
بعضی هم تصور می*کنند شیر پاستوریزه چون در فرآیند پاستوریزاسیون عاری از میکروبهای بیماریزا شده است را می توان به مدت طولانی خارج از یخچال نگه داشت. این تصور اشتباه است و تنها می*توان شیر پاستوریزه بسته*بندی شده را حداکثر 5 یا 6 روز آنهم در یخچال نگهداری کرد.
