Abstract: Mastitis is one of the biggest problems and the main cause ofdecreasing product in farm. This research presents the relationshipbetween somatic cell count and rotting milk in normal temperature 25 2in lab. According to dairy cows records, which is implemented each 25or 35 days in a row. 5cc of sampling milk with ampicillin was sent tolab for measuring SCC .After the analysis it was observed that the milkwith SCC less than 10,000is durable for 4 hours than the milk with10,000 to 20,000.
