هماتوم لاله گوش سگ

هماتوم گوش تورم نرمی است که به طور ناگهانی ظاهر شده و به دنبال آن خونریزی در غضروف گوش به وجود می آید. این عارضه بندرت دردناک شده و معمولا به دنبال مشکلات دیگر گوش مثل عفونت و یا جراحاتی که در اثر خراش های سر توسط خود سگ ایجاد می شود بروز می کند. گاهی نیز تکان های فوق العاده شدید ناحیه سر موجبات بروز این عارضه را فراهم می نماید. بیماری های خود ایمن هم می تواند در ایجاد این بیماری موثر باشد.
با تخلیه ساده نمی توان عارضه را تحت درمان قرار داد. چرا که خیلی از هماتوم ها بایستی توسط روش جراحی باز شده لخته خون از آنها خارج گردد. سپس محل برش بخیه زده می شود. اگر با هماتوم کاری نداشته باشیم خون آن جذب خواهد شد ولی این حالت ظاهر بدی همچون گل کلم در گوش ایجاد می کند.
